Description
Claims (15)
- 불규칙한 외부 표면을 갖는 고전압 구성요소용 충전재에 있어서,비도전성 에폭시 수지재가 함침된 펠트; 및상기 함침된 펠트의 둘레에 감겨진 저 저항 도전성 테이프를 구비하고,상기 충전재는 상기 고전압 구성요소의 상기 불규칙적인 외부 표면에 적합하도록 적용되어, 상기 충전재가 상기 고전압 구성요소의 상기 외부 표면에 본딩가능하고 상기 도전성 테이프가 함침된 펠트를 가로지르는 전위경도를 감소시키며, 이에 따라 상기 함침된 펠트내에서의 부분 방전을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 테이프의 저항이 스퀘어당 약 400 옴인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 도전성 테이프가 Dacron 실을 구비하는 길이방향으로 스티칭된 심을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펠트가 Nomex 및 Dacron으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 테이프가 탄소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펠트는 에폭시 수지가 적어도 65% 로딩된 것을 특징으로 하는 충전재.
- 불연속인 상하 표면을 갖는 적어도 하나의 뢰벨드 연선;상기 뢰벨드 연선의 상기 상하 표면중 적어도 하나에 경화되고 본딩되며, 비도전성 에폭시 수지가 함침된 펠트를 구비하는 충전재로서, 상기 펠트가 저 저항 도전성 테이프로 감겨진 상기 충전재; 및상기 뢰벨드 연선 및 상기 충전재를 둘러싸고 내층 및 외층을 가지는 접지벽으로서, 상기 내층이 비도전성이고 상기 외층이 도전성인 상기 접지벽으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 디바이스용 절연 코일.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 테이프의 저항은 스퀘어당 약 400옴인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 디바이스용 절연 코일.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 도전성 테이프는 길이방향으로 스티칭된 심을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 디바이스용 절연 코일.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 펠트재는 Nomex 및 Dacron으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 디바이스용 절연 코일.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 테이프는 탄소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 디바이스용 절연 코일.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 펠트는 에폭시 수지가 적어도 65% 로딩된 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 디바이스용 절연 코일.
- 불연속인 상하 표면을 갖는 적어도 하나의 뢰벨드 연선에 있어서, 상기 뢰벨드 연선의 상하 표면중 적어도 하나에 경화되어 본딩되고, 비도전성 에폭시 수지로 함침된 펠트인 충전재이고, 상기 뢰벨드 연선 및 상기 충전재를 둘러 싸고, 내층 및 외층을 가진 접지벽으로서, 상기 내층이 비도전성이고 상기 외층은 도전성인 상기 접지벽, 및상기 함침된 펠트의 둘레를 감은 저 저항 도전성 테이프로 구성되어 있으며 상기 도전성 테이프는 상기 함침된 펠트를 가로지르는 전위경도를 감소시켜, 상기 함침된 펠트내에서의 부분 방전을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 디바이스용 절연 코일.
- 뢰벨드 연선을 갖는 고전압 코일과 같은 전기적인 구성요소의 둘레에 절연구조를 형성하는 방법에 있어서,에폭시 수지로 함침된 펠트를 형성하는 단계;충전재를 형성하기 위해 도전성 테이프로 상기 함침된 펠트를 감는 단계;뢰벨드 연선에 의해 형성된 보이드를 채우기 위해 뢰벨드 연선 상에 상기 충전재를 위치시키는 단계;압력 및 열로 충전재를 경화시키는 단계;접지벽 절연재로 상기 뢰벨드 연선 및 상기 충전재를 둘러 싸는 단계;접지벽 절연재를 진공가압함침하는 단계; 및최종 경화를 얻기 위해 절연 구조를 가압하고 베이킹하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 함침된 펠트의 둘레에 감겨진 상기 도전성 테이프가 길이방향의 심을 형성하고 상기 방법은 Dacron 실로 상기 길이방향의 심을 스티칭하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
