Claims (17)
- 아미노 카프로산에 일치하는 ε-카프로락탐의 일부의 고리 열림이 물 존재에서 효율적인 단계 (a) 및 다첨가 및 축중합이 바람직하게 무수 반응 조건하에서 효율적인 단계 (b)에서 (a) 및 (b)중 적어도 하나의 단계가 용융 상태의 큰 표면/부피 비로 용융 상태와 기체 상태 사이의 자가-갱신 인터페이스로 효율적인 반응기에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,용융 상태의 표면/부피 비가 10m-1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,용융 상태의 표면/부피 비가 40m-1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,반응기가 교반된 기체 기포 스트러벌, 수평 조각-표면 반응기 및 팩된 컬럼반응기의 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,반응기가 수평 조각-표면 반응기인 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단계 (a)가 용융 상태의 큰 표면/부피 비의 용융 상태와 기체 상태 사이의 자가-갱신 인터페이스로 효율적인 반응기에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,단계 (a)가 물이 기체 상태를 통해 공급되는 반응기 또는 반응기 영역에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단계 (a)가 높은 기체 압력에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,기체 상태가 비활성 기체 및 수증기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수증기가 지속적으로 기체 상태에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단계 (b)가 용융 상태의 큰 표면/부피 비의 용융 상태와 기체 상태 사이의 자가-갱신 인터페이스로 효율적인 반응기에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,물이 지속적으로 반응기에서 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단계 (a) 및 (b) 둘다 용융 상태의 큰 표면/부피 비의 용융 상태와 기체 상태의 자가-갱신 인터페이스로 효율적인 반응기에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,방법이 몇개의 반응기에서 시리즈로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,방법이 몇개의 반응 영역의 하나의 반응기에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락탐을 폴리아미드-6으로 가수분해 중합화하는 방법.
- 용융물이 용융 상태의 큰 표면/부피 비의 용융 상태와 기체 상태 사이의 자가-갱신 인터페이스로 효율적인 반응기에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일정한 점성으로 녹은 폴리아미드를 저장하는 방법.
