Claims (3)
- (a)무수 말레인산으로 그라프트된 폴리올레핀계 수지 100 중량부와 폴리에틸렌글리콜 3 내지 15 중량부 및 유기화된 몬모릴로나이트 20 내지 50 중량부를 배합하여 마스터배치를 만드는 단계; 및(b)상기 마스터배치 9 내지 60 중량부와 상기의 폴리올레핀계 수지를 배합하는 단계로 이루어진 삽입형 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무수 말레인산으로 그라프트된 폴리올레핀계 수지는 무수 말레인산이 0.5 내지 2 중량부로 그라프트된 것임을 특징으로 하는 삽입형 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀계 수지는 용융흐름지수 2∼15g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 수지인 것임을 특징으로 하는 삽입형 나노복합재의 제조방법.
