Abstract
본 고안은 건출물의 공조덕트용으로 사용되는 알루미늄 복합판넬에 관한 것으로서, 종래에 비해 난연성 등을 향상시키기 위해 안출된 것이다.The present invention relates to an aluminum composite panel used for the air conditioning duct of the building, which is devised to improve the flame retardancy and the like compared to the conventional.
본 고안은 폴리우레탄 포옴과 같은 경질품 등의 합성수지 포옴이나 합성수지판을 재료로 한 기재판 양면에 유리섬유와 알루미늄 호일을 차례로 접착제로 적층시킨 구조의 알루미늄 복합판넬에 관한 것으로서, 특히 유리섬유를 사용함에 의해 판넬의 난연성이 크게 향상됨은 물론 연소시 연기 발생량이 감소됨과 아울러 굽힘강도와 같은 기계적 물성이 향상되는 장점을 지닌다.The present invention relates to an aluminum composite panel having a structure in which a glass fiber and an aluminum foil are sequentially laminated with adhesives on both sides of a synthetic resin foam such as a rigid product such as a polyurethane foam or a synthetic resin plate, and in particular, glass fiber is used. 본 고안은 건축물의 공조용덕트로 사용되는 알루미늄 복합판넬에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an aluminum composite panel used as an air conditioning duct of a building.
일반적으로 단열재료로 공조덕트용 등에 사용되는 알루미늄 복합 판넬은 합성수지판이나 합성수지 포옴으로 된 판넬의 양면을 알루미늄 호일로 적층시킨 것이다.In general, aluminum composite panels used for air-conditioning ducts and the like as a heat insulating material are laminated both sides of a panel made of a synthetic resin plate or a synthetic resin foam with aluminum foil.
이와 같은 알루미늄 복합 판넬의 종래기술을 살펴보면, 대한민국 실용신안등 록출원 제 91-17575 호(공고번호 95-3188)에서는 특히 건축 외장재로 사용되는 알루미늄 복합 판넬의 외관의 손상을 방지하고 색상을 미려하게 하기 위하여 표면의 알루미늄판 위에 합성수지 필름을 부착시킨 구조를 개시하였고, 또 대한민국 특허출원 제 96-31274 호(공개번호 97-734)에서는 내구성이 강하고 강인한 특성의 알루미늄 복합 판넬을 제공하기 의해 폴리에틸렌 수지판의 상하면에 접착용 수지가 접착되고 양쪽 접착용 수지의 외면에 알루미늄판을 접착시 폴리에틸렌 수지와 접착용 수지를 용융압출시키는 방법을 제안하였다.Looking at the prior art of such an aluminum composite panel, Korean Utility Model, etc. Korean Patent Application Publication No. 91-17575 (Notice 95-3188) discloses a structure in which a synthetic resin film is attached on an aluminum plate of a surface in order to prevent the appearance of the aluminum composite panel which is used as a building exterior material and to have a beautiful color.
