Claims (7)
- 멀티세션 디스크에 수용되어 있는 각각의 프로그램 트랙의 개시 위치에 대응하는, 디스크 최내주 위치로부터 계측한 재생 개시 시각의 정보를 포함하는 목차 정보가 기록된 리드인 영역, 재생 대상인 컨텐츠 데이터를 수용한 프로그램 트랙이 기록된 프로그램 영역, 및 리드아웃 영역으로 이루어지는 세션을 복수 구성한 멀티세션 디스크를 재생하는 재생장치로서,소정의 세션의 상기 목차 정보를 판독하는 광 픽업과,광 픽업이 판독한 상기 목차 정보에 포함되는 상기 재생 시각의 정보에 따라서, 이 소정의 세션의 리드인 영역이, 멀티세션 디스크의 최초의 세션의 리드인 영역인가 아닌가를 판정하는 세션 판정부를 구비한 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세션 판정부는, 상기 소정의 세션의 최초의 프로그램 트랙의 재생 개시 시각이 소정의 값보다도 작은 경우에, 이 소정의 세션의 리드인 영역이, 상기 최초의 세션의 리드인 영역인 것으로 판정하는 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세션 판정부는, 상기 소정의 세션의 최초의 프로그램 트랙의 재생 개시 시각이 소정의 값보다도 큰 경우에, 이 소정의 세션의 리드인 영역이, 상기 제1세션의 리드인 영역이 아닌 것으로 판정하는 재생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 세션 판정부가, 상기 소정의 세션의 리드인 영역이 상기 제1세션의 리드인 영역이 아닌 것으로 판정한 경우에, 광 픽업을, 디스크의 더욱 내주에 위치하는 다른 세션에 액세스 시키는 액세스 재시행부를 또한 구비한 재생장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 액세스 재시행부에 의한 액세스의 결과에 따라서, 세션 판정부는, 상기 다른 세션의 리드인 영역이, 멀티세션 디스크의 최초의 세션의 리드인 영역인가 아닌가를 또한 판정하는 재생장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 광 픽업이 디스크의 최내주 위치에 존재하고 있는가 아닌가를 검출하는 최내주 위치검출부를 또한 구비하고,액세스 재시행부는, 광 픽업을 디스크의 내주 방향으로 이동시켜서, 최내주 위치검출부에 의한 검출 결과, 광 픽업이 디스크의 최내주에 위치하고 있는 것으로 판단하면, 디스크의 최내주 위치로부터 소정의 양만큼 이격된 상기 다른 세션에, 광 픽업을 이동시키는 재생장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 액세스 재시행부는, 광 픽업을 디스크의 더욱 내주의 세션에 반복해서 이동시키는 경우에, 이동량을 상기 소정의 양으로부터 서서히 적게 하는 재생장치.
