Description
Claims (13)
- 내측으로부터 외측을 향하여, 심재와 탄성층과 유도발열층과 이형층을 이 순서로 구비하는 전자유도발열롤러로서,상기 유도발열층과 상기 심재와의 사이에, 상기 심재로의 자속의 진입을 방지하는 자기 실드층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도발열롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자기 실드층의 고유저항이 1O-3Ωcm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도발열롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자기 실드층의 비투자율이 10이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도발열롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자기 실드층의 두께가 0.2mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도발열롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자기 실드층은 상기 심재의 표면에 형성된 절연성 자성재료로 이루어지는 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도발열롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자기 실드층은 상기 심재의 표면에 나열하여 배치된 다수의 링 또는 원호 형상 부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도발열롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자기 실드층은 자성체 필러가 분산된 상기 탄성층인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도발열롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 심재가 비자성 금속으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도발열롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유도발열층의 두께가 표피깊이 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도발열롤러.
- 제1항에 기재된 전자유도발열롤러와,상기 전자유도발열롤러가 압접되어 닙부를 형성하는 가압롤러와,자장을 작용시켜 상기 전자유도발열롤러의 상기 유도발열층을 유도발열시키는 자장발생수단을 갖고,상기 닙부에 도입된 피가열재를 상기 전자유도발열롤러와 상기 가압롤러로 가압 반송함으로써 상기 피가열재를 연속적으로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 유도발열층을 갖는 전자유도발열벨트와,상기 전자유도발열벨트에 내접하여, 상기 전자유도발열벨트를 회전 가능하게 지지하는, 심재 및 그 외측의 단열층으로 이루어지는 지지롤러와,상기 전자유도발열벨트에 외접하여, 상기 전자유도발열벨트와의 사이에 닙부를 형성하는 가압롤러와,상기 전자유도발열벨트의 외측에 배치되어, 자장을 작용시켜 상기 유도발열층을 유도발열시키는 자장발생수단을 갖고,상기 닙부에 도입된 피가열재를 상기 전자유도발열벨트와 상기 가압롤러로 가압 반송함으로써 상기 피가열재를 연속적으로 가열하는 가열장치로서,상기 지지롤러는 상기 심재보다도 외측에 상기 심재로의 자속의 진입을 방지하는 자기 실드층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 자기 실드층이 상기 지지롤러의 표면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 피기록재 상에 토너상을 형성하는 화상형성수단과,제10항 또는 제11항에 기재된 가열장치를 구비하고,상기 화상형성수단이 상기 피기록재 상에 형성한 미정착의 토너상을 상기 가열장치가 상기 피기록재 상에 정착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
