Claims (7)
- 밀도 0.89 ~ 0.91g/cm3의 폴리 프로필렌 25~30wt%, 밀도 0.90 ~ 0.91g/cm3의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 25 ~ 30wt%, 밀도 0.88 ~ 0.90g/cm3의 파라핀 왁스 30 ~ 40wt%, 밀도 0.98 ~ 1.00g/cm3의 스테아린산 5 ~ 10wt%로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 스테인레스 소결체의 제조를 위한 결합제.
- 스테인레스 원료분말과, 폴리 프로필렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저융점 결합제 및 계면활성제로 이루어진 결합제를 전용 혼련기에 장입하여 가압 · 가열방식으로 혼련하는 단계;상기 혼합체를 펠렛(pellet)형으로 형성한 후에 사출기를 이용하여 사출성형체를 제조하는 단계;용매를 이용하여 부결합제인 저융점 결합제와 계면활성제를 제거하는 1차 탈지단계;상기 1차 탈지된 성형체를 건조하는 단계;상기 건조된 성형체를 열풍탈지로 주결합제인 폴리프로필렌과 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 제거하는 2차 탈지단계; 및상기 2차 탈지된 성형체를 진공과 아르곤 가스분위기에서 소결하는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 소결체 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 혼련하는 단계에서 85 ~ 90wt% 스테인레스 원료분말과 10 ~ 15wt% 결합제가 장입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 소결체 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 탈지단계에서 용매로 헥산이 적용되며, 상기 헥산의 온도를 35 ~ 40℃까지 승온하여 상기 결합제를 용해시켜 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 소결체 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 건조는 상기 1차 탈지가 수행되는 용매추출장치 내에서 이루어지는 습식건조방식과 대기에서 이루어지는 건식건조방식을 병합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 소결체 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 습식건조방식은 상기 용매추출장치 내의 기화된 헥산을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 소결체 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 탈지단계에서 고순도 수소(H2)가스 분위기에서 열분해를 실시하여 상기 폴리프로필렌과 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 열로서 분해하여 제거하며 제조공정상에서 발생하는 원료분말의 산화피막을 상기 수소와 반응시켜 제거시키는 동시에 잔류 결합제 성분인 탄소성분을 제거하여 스테인레스 소결체의 소결밀도를 높여주는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 소결체 제조방법.
