Claims (4)
- 광원과, 상기 광원에서 방사된 광을 나누는 빔 스플리터와, 상기 빔 스플리터와 진단 시료 사이에 설치되어 상기 빔 스플리터에서 나누어진 광을 상기 진단 시료로 제공하고 상기 진단시료에서 반사된 광을 상기 빔 스플리터로 전달하는 제 1광경로수단과, 상기 빔 스플리터와 기준 미러 사이에 설치되어 상기 빔 스플리터에서 나누어진 광을 상기 기준 미러로 제공하고 상기 기준 미러에서 반사된 광을 상기 빔 스플리터로 전달하는 제 2광경로수단과, 상기 빔 스플리터에서 제공되는 상기 시료 및 상기 기준 미러로부터의 반사광을 검출하는 광검출기를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 제 2광경로수단에 광의 감도를 감쇠시키는 감쇠수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미첼슨 간섭계.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감쇠수단은 3dB의 감쇠기인 것을 특징으로 하는 미첼슨 간섭계.
- 광원과;상기 광원에서 방사된 광을 나누는 빔 스플리터와;상기 빔 스플리터와 진단 시료 사이에 설치되어 상기 빔 스플리터에서 나누어진 광을 상기 진단 시료로 제공하고 상기 진단시료에서 반사된 광을 상기 빔 스플리터로 전달하는 제 1광학 수단과;상기 빔 스플리터와 기준 미러 사이에 설치되어 광의 감도를 감쇠시키는 감쇠수단과;상기 빔 스플리터에서 나누어져 상기 감쇠수단에서 감쇠된 광을 상기 기준 미러로 제공하고 상기 기준 미러에서 반사된 광을 상기 빔 스플리터로 전달하는 제 2광학수단과;상기 빔 스플리터에서 제공되는 상기 시료 및 상기 기준 미러로부터의 반사광을 검출하는 광검출수단과;상기 검출된 신호를 증폭하는 증폭수단과;상기 증폭된 신호에서 잡음을 제거하는 잡음제거수단과;상기 잡음이 제거된 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 아날로그/디지털 변환수단과;상기 변환된 디지털신호를 신호처리하여 진단 부위인 시료에 대한 각종 영상을 구성하여 표시해 주기 위한 수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 간섭 단층 촬영(OCT) 시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 감쇠수단은 3dB의 감쇠기인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 간섭 단층 촬영(OCT) 시스템.
