Claims (10)
- (a) 반응 용기(1)와;(b) 출발 물질을 상기 반응 용기(1)로 급송하기 위한 급송 라인(2)과;(c) 상기 출발 물질 급송 라인(2)과 연결되는 열 교환기로서, 상기 급송 라인과 연결되는 제 1 튜브(3a)와 제 2 튜브(3b)를 갖는 제 1 열 교환기(3)와;(d) 상기 제 1 열 교환기(3)의 상기 제 1 튜브(3a)와 연결되며 개질 공간(6)의 주위에 배열되는 제 2 열 교환기(5)와;(e) 상기 제 2 열 교환기(5)와 연결되며, 버너에 의하여 가열될 수 있는 촉매장치가 내부에 배열되는 상기 개질 공간(6)으로 기상의 출발 물질을 급송하기 위한 적어도 하나의 방출구를 갖는 라인(8)과;(f) 상기 개질 공간(6)에서 형성되는 개질물을, 타단이 변환 반응기(4)에 연결되어 있는 상기 제 1 열 교환기(3)의 상기 제 2 튜브(3b)로 방출시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 방출 라인(9)과;(g) 상기 변환 반응기(4)로부터 방출된 생성 가스를 위한 생성물 방출 라인(11)과 상기 반응 용기(1)로부터 상기 배연 가스를 위한 적어도 하나의 방출 라인(12)을 포함하는 탄화수소-물 혼합물을 포함하는 출발 물질로부터 수소를 생성하기 위한 개질 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 출발 물질 급송 라인(2)과 연결되는 상기 제 1 열 교환기(3)는 외부의 제 1 튜브(3a)와 내부의 제 2 튜브(3b)를 갖는 동축 열 교환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 출발 물질 급송 라인(2)과 연결되는 상기 동축 열 교환기(3)는 다른 열 방출 유체를 수용하기 위한 외부 튜브에 의하여 둘러싸이고,가열될 유체가 상기 2개의 열-방출 유체에 대하여 역류하여 상기 제 1 튜브(3a) 내에서 통과될 수 있는 방식으로, 열-방출 유체 및 열-흡수 유체를 위한 각각의 급송부 및 방출부는 상응하는 튜브에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 출발 물질 급송 라인(2)과 연결되는 상기 제 1 열 교환기(3)는, 동일한 축 길이와 다른 직경을 가지며 각각에 끼워지는 2개의 중공 실린더를 갖는 중공 실린더 블록과, 열 흡수 유체를 수용하기 위한 나선 튜브를 포함하는 역류형 열 교환기이고,상기 나선 튜브는 상기 2개의 중공 실린더 사이에서 원통형 환형 간극에 배열되고, 상기 중공 실린더의 외벽 또는 내벽에 대하여 밀집하게 지지되고,상기 중공 실린더 사이의 원통 환형 간극은 환형 폐쇄판(annular closure plate)에 의하여 양 끝단이 가로막히고,상기 나선형 튜브 또는 상기 원통형 환형 간극의 내부를 역류하여 통과하는 유체의 급송부 또는 방출부의 적어도 하나가 상기 폐쇄판 내부에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 장치.
- 선행하는 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 출발 물질 급송 라인(2)과 연결되는 상기 제 1 열 교환기(3)는 바람직하게는 저온 변환 반응기로 설계되는 변환 반응기(4) 주위에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 장치.
- 선행하는 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 라인(8)은 기상의 출발 물질을 상기 개질 공간(6)으로 급송하기 위한 다수의 방출구 또는 간극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 장치.
- 선행하는 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 생성물 배출 라인(11)은 상기 생성 가스를 정제하기 위한 것으로, 바람직하게는 상기 생성 가스에서 CO의 함량을 감소시키기 위한 장치에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 장치.
- 탄화수소-물 혼합물을 포함하는 출발 물질이 예열 영역에 배열되어 있는 열 교환기로 연결되는 급송 라인을 경유하여 반응 용기로 급송되고,상기 열 교환기로부터 방출된 가열된 출발 물질 가스는 내부에 배열된 촉매 장치와 상기 촉매 장치를 가열하는 버너를 갖는 개질 공간으로 급송되고,방출 라인을 경유하여 상기 개질 공간으로부터 방출된 개질물은 변환 반응기로 급송되고,상기 변환 반응기로부터 방출된 생성 가스는 상기 반응 용기로부터 방출되는기상 탄화수소로부터 수소를 생성하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,(a) 탄화수소-물 혼합물을 포함하는 상기 출발 물질은, 우선 상기 반응 용기 내의 예열 영역에 배열되어 있으며, 역류형 열 교환기로 설계된 제 1 열 교환기로급송되고,(b) 상기 제 1 열 교환기로부터 유출되는 상기 예열된 출발 물질 가스 혼합물은 더욱 가열을 위하여 상기 개질 영역에 배열된 제 2 열 교환기로 급송되고,(c) 더욱 가열되고 상기 제 2 열 교환기로부터 방출된 상기 출발 물질 가스는, 내부에 배열되어 있는 촉매 장치와 상기 촉매 장치를 가열하는 버너를 구비한 개질 공간으로 급송되고,(d) 방출 라인을 경유하여 상기 개질 공간으로부터 방출된 개질물은 상기 예열 영역 내부에 배열된 역류형 열 교환기로 급송되고, 상기 역류형 열 교환기 내에서 상기 개질물은, 공급된 상기 출발 물질에 역류하여 바람직하게는 저온 변환 반응기로 설계된 변환 반응기로 급송되고,(e) 상기 변환 반응기로부터 방출된 상기 생성 가스는 상기 반응 용기로부터 방출되는기상 탄화수소로부터 수소를 생성하는 방법.
- 생성 가스와 배연 가스에 역류하여 출발 물질이 반응 용기 내부의 예열 영역에 배열되어 있으며, 역류형 열 교환기로 설계된 열 교환기로 유입되고,출발 물질이 상기 열 교환기로부터 촉매적 전환을 위하여 개질 공간으로 급송되는탄화수소 가스-물 혼합물을 포함하는 출발 물질을 예열하는 방법.
