- 안구의 망막 방향으로 광선의 초점을 맞추도록 적용된 광학부와, 광학부의 맞은 편에 결합되고 맞은 편으로부터 연장되는 전체적으로 직선수차의 판형 햅틱부 한 쌍을 포함하는 조절기능성 안내 렌즈로서,전체적으로 직선수차의 판형 햅틱부가 각각 가요성 부분과 상대적 비가요성 부분을 포함하는, 조절기능성 안내 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상대적 비가요성 부분이, 햅틱부의 상대적 비가요성 부분의 두께내에 배치된 것으로서, 강도를 증가시키기 위해 가요성 부분의 가요성보다 작은 가요성을 갖는 재료를 포함하는, 조절기능성 안내 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체적으로 직선수차의 판형 햅틱부 쌍이 소정의 길이, 폭 및 두께를 가지고, 판형 햅틱부의 두께가 햅틱부의 길이 및 폭과 실질적으로 동일한, 조절기능성 안내 렌즈.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상대적 비가요성 부분이, 상대적 비가요성 부분의 두께내에 배치된 것으로서, 강도를 증가시키기 위한 재료를 포함하는, 조절기능성 안내 렌즈.

- 제25항에 있어서, 판형 햅틱부가 광학부에 연결된 근위 말단부 및 폭 치수를 갖는 원위 말단부를 갖고, 판형 햅틱부의 원위 말단부의 폭 치수가 광학부의 폭 치수와 실질적으로 동일한, 안내 렌즈.
- 제25항에 있어서, 판형 햅틱부가 광학부에 연결된 근위 말단부 및 폭 치수를 갖는 원위 말단부를 갖고, 판형 햅틱부의 근위 말단부의 폭 치수가 광학부의 폭 치수와는 다른, 안내 렌즈.
- 제29항에 있어서, 판형 햅틱부의 원위 말단부의 폭 치수가 광학부의 폭 치수보다 작은, 안내 렌즈.
- 제29항에 있어서, 판형 햅틱부의 원위 말단부의 폭 치수가 광학부의 폭 치수보다 큰, 안내 렌즈.
- 제25항에 있어서, 판형 햅틱부 쌍 각각이 광학부에 연결된 근위 말단부 및 원위 말단부를 갖고, 하나 이상의 판형 햅틱부 쌍의 원위 말단부내에 배치된 원위부 및 근위 말단부를 갖는 고정 부재를 추가로 포함하는, 안내 렌즈.
- 제32항에 있어서, 고정 부재가 상대적 가요성 루프이고, 고정 부재의 원위부가 제1 위치로부터 제2 위치로 굴곡될 수 있는, 안내 렌즈.
- 제25항에 있어서, 판형 햅틱부 쌍 각각이 각진 방식으로 광학부에 연결되어 있는, 안내 렌즈.
- 안구의 망막 방향으로 광선의 초점을 맞추도록 적용된 광학부와, 광학부의 맞은 편에 결합되고 맞은 편으로부터 연장되는 전체적으로 직선수차의 판형 햅틱부 한 쌍을 포함하는 안내 렌즈로서,전체적으로 직선수차의 판형 햅틱부 각각이 가요성 부분과 상대적 비가요성 부분을 갖고,상대적 비가요성 부분이, 상대적 비가요성 부분의 두께내에 도입되는 강도 증가용 수단을 갖는, 안내 렌즈.
- 제35항에 있어서, 판형 햅틱부 쌍 각각이 광학부에 연결된 근위 말단부 및 원위 말단부를 갖고, 하나 이상의 판형 햅틱부 쌍의 원위 말단부내에 배치된 것으로서 원위부 및 근위 말단부를 갖는 고정 부재를 추가로 포함하는, 안내 렌즈.
- 제36항에 있어서, 고정 부재가 상대적 가요성 루프이고, 고정 부재의 원위 부가 제1 위치로부터 제2 위치로 굴곡될 수 있는, 안내 렌즈.
- 광학부 및 한 쌍의 판형 햅틱부를 갖는, 안구의 시축을 따라 안구의 수정체낭에 이식하기 위한 조절기능성 안내 렌즈에 있어서,판형 햅틱부가, 안구의 망막 방향으로 렌즈를 통과하는 광선의 초점을 맞추기 위해 소대(zonules)에 의해 수정체낭에 연결된 안구의 모양근에 의해 렌즈에 적용된 힘에 반응하여 안구의 축을 따라 광학부를 이동시키도록 배열되어 있고,판형 햅틱부 쌍 각각이 광학부에 연결된 근위 말단부 및 원위 말단부를 갖고, 근위 말단부로부터 원위 말단부까지 실질적으로 동일한 소정의 두께를 가지며, 근위 말단부에 인접하여 위치하는 상대적 가요성 부분 및 원위 말단부에 인접하여 배치된 햅틱부의 가요성 부분보다 작은 가요성을 갖는 상대적 비가요성 부분을 갖고,상대적 비가요성 부분이, 판형 햅틱부 쌍 각각의 두께내에 배치된 상대적 비가요성 부분에 강도를 제공하기 위한 재료를 포함하는, 조절기능성 안내 렌즈.
- 제38항에 있어서, 판형 햅틱부 쌍 각각이 광학부에 연결된 근위 말단부 및 원위 말단부를 갖고, 하나 이상의 판형 햅틱부 쌍의 원위 말단부내에 배치된 것으로서, 원위부 및 근위 말단부를 갖는 고정 부재를 추가로 포함하는, 안내 렌즈.
