Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- α-올레핀 및 제2 올레핀의 반복 단위를 포함하는 블럭 공중합체로서,(a) 0.40 내지 0.90의 이소탁틱도 지수;(b) 6.0 미만의 분자량 분포; 및(c) 2.0 보다 큰 r1r2(여기서, r1r2는 α-올레핀과 제2 올레핀의 반응비 곱임)의 특성들을 나타내는 블럭 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀은 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센 및 1-옥텐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 올레핀은 α-올레핀과 상이하고, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센 및 1-옥텐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3 올레핀의 반복 단위를 더 포함하는 공중합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 프로필렌인 공중합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2 올레핀이 에틸렌인 공중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제2 올레핀이 에틸렌인 공중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 프로필렌 반복 단위를 60 몰% 이상 포함하는 공중합체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 프로필렌 반복 단위를 80 몰% 이상 포함하는 공중합체.
- 제1항의 공중합체 및 제2 중합체를 포함하는 블렌드.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제2 중합체가 폴리프로필렌인 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서,(a) 0.45 내지 0.80의 이소탁틱도 지수;(b) 4.0 미만의 분자량 분포; 및(c) 2.5 보다 큰 r1r2의 특성들을 나타내는 공중합체.
- 2개의 비가교된 인데노인돌릴 리간드를 가지는 3족 내지 5족 전이금속 촉매 및 활성화제의 존재하에서 α-올레핀과 제2 올레핀을 공중합시키는 것을 포함하는 방법으로서, 여기서 형성된 블럭 공중합체는 이소탁틱 및 아탁틱 입체블럭 배치를 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 촉매는 하기 화학식을 가지는 것인 방법:상기 식 중, M은 3-5족 전이금속이고; X1 및 X2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 할로겐, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 실록시, 디알킬아미노 및 히드로카르빌 리간드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고; L1 및 L2는 동일하거나 상이하며 하기 화학식들로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된다.및[상기 식 중, R1은 알킬, 아릴, 아랄킬 및 실릴 기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; R2 내지 R10은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소, 알킬, 아릴, 아랄킬, 실릴, 할로겐, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 실록시, 티오에테르, 니트로, 디알킬 아미노 및 디아릴 아미노 기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨]
- 제13항에 있어서, 중합은 약 0℃ 내지 150℃ 범위 이내의 온도에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 공중합체는(a) 0.40 내지 0.90의 이소탁틱도 지수;(b) 6.0 미만의 분자량 분포; 및(c) 2.0 보다 큰 r1r2(여기서 r1r2는 α-올레핀과 제2 올레핀의 반응비 곱임)의 특성들을 가지는 것인 방법.
- 하기 화학식의 촉매 및 알루목산 활성화제의 존재하에 α-올레핀과 제2 올레핀을 공중합시키는 것을 포함하는 방법으로서, 형성된 공중합체는 이소탁틱 및 아탁틱 입체블럭 배치를 가지는 것인 방법.
- 제13항의 방법에 의해 제조된 공중합체.
- 제18항의 공중합체 및 제2 중합체를 포함하는 블렌드.
- 제19항에 있어서, 제2 중합체가 폴리프로필렌인 블렌드.
