Description
Claims (10)
- 분위기로부터 엔진으로 흡입공기를 공급하는 디젤엔진용 공기공급시스템(2)을 포함하여 구성되는 디젤엔진(1)에 관련한 장치로서, 공기공급시스템(2)은 적어도 채널장치(3)와, 컴프레셔(4)와 흡입공기용 열교환기(12)와, 적어도 하나의 열교환기가 연결되어 있으며 디젤엔진으로부터 폐열을 회수하는 냉각회로(5)를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 적어도 하나의 열교환기(6)는 냉각회로로부터 받은 열에 의해 물을 증발시키도록 배치되는 디젤엔진에 관련한 장치에 있어서,물주입 파이프(20)가 열교환기(6)에 증발될 물을 공급하기 위하여 열교환기 (6)에 연결되어 있는 것과, 물주입 파이프를 통하여 공급된 물에 의해 생성된 증기를 채널장치 내로 안내하기 위하여 열교환기(6)가 공기공급시스템(2)의 채널장치 (3)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진에 관련한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 디젤엔진으로부터 폐열을 회수하는 냉각회로는 디젤엔진블록 및/또는 실린더 헤드의 냉각회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진에 관련한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 증기주입채널(10)은 컴프레셔(4) 이전에 공기의 유동방향에서 채널장치(3)에 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진에 관련한 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증기주입채널(10)은 채널장치 내에 만연한 압력의 효과를 열교환기(6)로 전달하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진에 관련한 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열교환기(6)는 엔진의 냉각회로(5)에 연결되고, 유동채널은 분기하여 2개의 별도의 채널(7, 8)을 형성하며, 그 중 첫 번째 것(7)은 열교환기(6) 옆을 지나가고, 두 번째 것(8)은 열교환기를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진에 관련한 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 냉각회로는 공기공급시스템(2)에 배치된 흡입공기용 열교환기(12)에 연결된 냉매의 유동방향에서 열교환기(6)의 뒤쪽인 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진에 관련한 장치.
- 적어도 채널장치(3)와, 컴프레셔(4)와 흡입공기용 열교환기(12)와, 적어도 하나의 열교환기가 연결된 디젤엔진용 냉각회로(5)를 포함하여 구성되는 디젤엔진용 공기공급시스템(2)을 구비하는 디젤엔진(1)에 관련한 방법으로서,엔진의 작동 도중에 컴프레셔에 의해 가압된 흡입공기가 엔진의 공기공급시스템(2)에 의해 엔진으로 유도되며,냉각회로 내의 냉매흐름은 냉각회로(5)에 연결된 열교환기(6)에 의해 냉각되는 디젤엔진에 관련한 방법에 있어서,물은 증기를 생성하기 위하여 열교환기(6)에 의해 증발되도록 열교환기(6)에 안내되는 것과, 이런 방식으로 생성된 증기가 디젤엔진의 공기공급시스템(2)에 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진에 관련한 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 열교환기(6)에서의 물의 증발은 약 1바 이하의 압력에서 발생하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진에 관련한 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 열교환기(6)에서의 물의 증발은, 냉각회로에서의 약간의 냉매흐름이 어떠한 열도 전달하지 않고 열교환기(6) 옆을 지나가도록 유도함으로써 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진에 관련한 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약간의 생성된 증기는 디젤엔진의 공기공급시스템(2)내로 컴프레셔 앞쪽의 위치로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진에 관련한 방법.
