Claims (10)
- A) 프라임처리되지 않은 기판의 표면을 에어 플라즈마로 처리하고;B) 처리된 기판을 유리에 결합시킬 수 있는 접착제를 적용하며;C) 접착제가 프라임처리되지 않은 기판과 유리 사이에 배치되도록, 유리와 프라임처리되지 않은 기판을 접촉시키고;D) 접착제를 경화시켜, 유리를 프라임처리되지 않은 기판에 결합시키는 것을포함하는, 기판 상에 프라이머를 이용하지 않으면서 기판에 유리를 결합시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라임처리되지 않은 기판이 유리 창문을 자동차에 고정시키기 위한 자동차의 플랜지 또는 캡슐화 몰딩인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접착제가 폴리우레탄 접착제인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 접착제가 0.3 % 이상의 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황색 부분이 기판과 접촉하도록 플라즈마 스트림을 적용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라즈마 스트림을 제트 노즐에서 기판까지의 길이 3 내지 25 mm 에서 적용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 접착제가, 접착제의 중량 기준으로 30 ppm 내지 1.0 중량%의 주석을 제공하기에 충부한 양으로 존재하는 주석 촉매를 함유하는 것인 방법
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 30 dyne 이상의 표면장력을 달성하도록 기판 표면을 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라즈마 스트림을 1.5 m/분 내지 75 m/분의 속도로 기판에 적용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 이용하여, 자동차 창문 플랜지, 또는 창문 플랜지 상에 있는 캡슐화 몰딩에 하나 이상의 창문이 결합된 자동차.
