Claims (4)
- 배기 매니폴드와, 상기 배기폴드의 배기가스가 배출되는 배기라인과, 상기 배기라인을 통해 제공되는 상기 배기가스를 산화 및 환원시키는 촉매장치를 구비한 배기 시스템에서 촉매장치의 예열 시스템에 있어서,수소를 저장하는 수소탱크와,외부 공기를 흡입하는 펌프와,상기 수소탱크로부터 공급된 수소와 상기 펌프로부터 공급된 산소를 연소시켜 생성된 고온 가스를 상기 배기라인에 배출하는 연소실과,상기 연소실과 배기라인 사이에 마련된 밸브와,온도센서를 구비하며 상기 배기라인으로부터 공급된 고온 가스에 의해 가열되는 담체와,상기 담체의 온도가 미리 설정된 온도가 되면 상기 밸브가 오프되도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매장치의 예열 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,물탱크와,상기 물탱크의 물을 전기분해하여 생성된 수소를 상기 수소탱크에 공급하는 전기분해기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매장치의 예열 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연소실은 상기 수소탱크의 수소와 상기 펌프의 공기를 각각 분사하는 한 쌍의 인젝터와, 상기 수소탱크와 상기 펌프로부터 각각 공급된 수소와 공기를 연소시키는 점화 플러그를 가지며;상기 제어부는 상기 담체의 온도가 미리 설정된 온도가 되면 상기 점화플러그의 동작을 정지시킴과 동시에 상기 인젝터를 제어하여 상기 수소와 공기의 분사를 오프시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템의 촉매장치의 예열 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밸브는 솔레노이드 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템의 촉매장치의 예열 시스템.
