- 에폭시기를 갖는 중합체가 코팅된 플라스틱 기판위에 원하는 DNA 염기서열을 포함하는 탐침 PNA (Peptide Nucleic Acid)가 고정화된 것을 특징으로 하는 PNA 칩
- 제 1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 기판은 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트(PMMA), 폴리카보네이트(PC), 폴리노보낸(polynorbonene), COC(Cyclic olefin Copolymer), 불소화 폴리이미드, 폴리스틸렌(PS), SBC(styrene-butadiene copolymer), ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), SAN((styrene acrylonitrile) 및 폴리 술폰으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 재질로 만들어진 투명한 플라스틱 기판인 것을 특징을 하는 PNA 칩
- 제 1항에 있어서, 에폭시기를 갖는 중합체는 에폭시기를 갖는 아크릴레이트 모노머와 에폭시기를 갖지 않는 아크릴레이트 모노머의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 PNA 칩.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 에폭시기를 갖는 중합체는 하기 화학식1을 가지는 에폭시기를 갖는 아크릴레이트 모노머와 점성이 큰 아크릴레이트 모노머의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 PNA 칩.[화학식 1]-[CR3R3-CR1R3-X]n-(상기식에서, R1은 에폭시기를 가지는 에스터이고, R3는 수소 또는 알킬기이고, X는 점성이 큰 아크릴레이트계 화합물이다)
- 제 4항에 있어서, 점성이 큰 아크릴레이트 모노머는 dipentaerythrithol hydroxy pentaacrylate(DPHA), 9-ethyleneglycol diacrylate(9-EGDA), Pentaerythritol tri,tetraacrylate(PETA), Polyethyleneglycol 400 diacrylate, Tripropyleneglycol diacrylate, trimethylol propane triacrylate 및 Dipentaerythritol hexacrylate로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PNA 칩.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 에폭시기를 갖는 중합체는 하기 화학식2를 가지는 에폭시기를 갖는 아크릴레이트 모노머와 플라스틱 기질과 접착(adhesion)가능한 아크릴레이트 유도체의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 PNA 칩.[화학식 2]-[CR3R3-CR1R3-CR3R3 -CR2R3]n-(상기식에서, R1은 에폭시기를 가지는 에스터이고, R2는 알킬에스터이고, R3는 수소 또는 알킬기이다)
- 제 6항에 있어서, 플라스틱 기질과 접착가능한 아크릴레이트 유도체는 메틸메타아크릴레이트(MMA), 에틸아크릴레이트, 에틸메타아크릴레이트(EMA), n-프로필아크릴레이트, n-프로필메타아크릴레이트, 아이소프로필아크릴레이트, 아이소프로필메타아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PNA 칩.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 탐침 PNA의 아민 말단에 말단에 아민 작용기를 가지며 에테르가 있거나 없는 탄소수 5-8개의 카르복실산이 링커로 추가된 것을 특징으로 하는 PNA 칩.
- 에폭시기를 갖는 아크릴레이트 모노머, 점성이 큰 아크릴레이트 모노머 및 광개시제를 10~90: 80~5 : 1~10의 비율로 혼합하는 단계, 상기 혼합액을 플라스틱 기판위에 코팅하는 단계, 자외선을 이용하여 경화시키는 단계, 및 탐침 PNA 프린팅 용액을 스포팅하는 단계를 포함하는 PNA 칩의 제조방법.
- 에폭시기를 갖는 아크릴레이트 모노머, 플라스틱 기질과 물성이 비슷한 아크릴레이트 유도체 및 라디칼 개시제를 10~99: 1~89 : 0.1~0.5의 비율로 혼합하는 단계, 상기 혼합액을 라디칼 중합시키는 단계, 상기 중합체를 용해제에 용해시킨 용액을 플라스틱 기판위에 코팅하는 단계, 및 탐침 PNA 프린팅 용액을 스포팅하는 단계를 포함하는 PNA 칩의 제조방법.
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서, 탐침 PNA 프린팅 용액에 0.01~1.0M농도의 염기 베이스를 첨가하여 고정화를 돕는 것을 특징으로 하는 PNA 칩의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 스포팅하기 전에 중합체가 코팅된 플라스틱 기판을 30%이상의 습도가 유지되는 곳에 4시간 이상 보관하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PNA 칩의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 PNA 칩에 표적 DNA를 포함한 반응 시료를 적용하는 단계, 탐침 PNA와 표적 DNA를 혼성화(Hybridization) 반응시키는 단계, 비특이적 반응을 제거하기 위해 세척하는 단계, 및 PNA/DNA 하이브리드 형성에 의한 형광 시그널을 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 SNP(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) 검출방법.
