Claims (12)
- 제1 유기 전계 발광 소자, 및 상기 제1 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발하는 제1 색의 빛을 투과시키는 제1 컬러 필터를 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 설치한 제1 화소,제2 유기 전계 발광 소자, 및 상기 제2 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발하는 제2 색의 빛을 투과시키는 제2 컬러 필터를 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 설치한 제2 화소, 및제3 유기 전계 발광 소자, 및 상기 제3 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발하는 제3 색의 빛을 투과시키는 제3 컬러 필터를 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 설치한 제3 화소를 갖고,상기 제1 유기 전계 발광 소자가 적어도 제1 광 반사 수단과 제2 광 반사 수단을 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 보유하면서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광 반사 수단 사이에 유기 발광 매체층을 갖고, 제1 광 반사 수단과 제2 광 반사 수단 사이의 광학적 거리가 제1 색의 빛을 선택하도록 설정되고,상기 제2 유기 전계 발광 소자가 적어도 제1 광 반사 수단과 제2 광 반사 수단을 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 보유하면서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광 반사 수단 사이에 유기 발광 매체층을 갖고, 제1 광 반사 수단과 제2 광 반사 수단 사이의 광학적 거리가 제2 색의 빛을 선택하도록 설정되고,상기 제3 유기 전계 발광 소자가 적어도 제1 광 반사 수단과 제2 광 반사 수 단을 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 보유하면서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광 반사 수단 사이에 유기 발광 매체층을 갖고, 제1 광 반사 수단과 제2 광 반사 수단 사이의 광학적 거리가 제3 색의 빛을 선택하도록 설정되고,상기 제1 광 반사 수단의 파장 400 ㎚ 내지 700 ㎚에서의 반사율의 평균치가 65% 이상이고,상기 유기 발광 매체층이 적어도 제1 색, 제2 색 및 제3 색의 빛을 발하는, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광 반사 수단이 각각 제1 전극 및 제2 전극이거나,상기 제1 및 제2 광 반사 수단 사이에 제1 전극과 제2 전극이 있고, 상기 유기 발광 매체층이 상기 제1 및 제2 전극 사이에 위치하는, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1 유기 전계 발광 소자, 및 상기 제1 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발하는 제1 색의 빛을 투과시키는 제1 컬러 필터를 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 설치한 제1 화소,제2 유기 전계 발광 소자, 및 상기 제2 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발하는 제2 색의 빛을 투과시키는 제2 컬러 필터를 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 설치한 제2 화소, 및제3 유기 전계 발광 소자, 및 상기 제3 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발하는 제3 색의 빛을 투과시키는 제3 컬러 필터를 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 설치한 제3 화소를 갖고,상기 제1 유기 전계 발광 소자가 적어도 광 반사성 전극, 유기 발광 매체층, 금속층 및 투명 전극층을 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 적층한 소자이고,상기 제2 유기 전계 발광 소자가 적어도 광 반사성 전극, 제1 광학 막두께 조정층, 유기 발광 매체층, 금속층 및 투명 전극층을 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 적층한 소자이고,상기 제3 유기 전계 발광 소자가 적어도 광 반사성 전극, 제2 광학 막두께 조정층, 유기 발광 매체층, 금속층 및 투명 전극층을 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 적층한 소자이고,상기 광 반사성 전극의 파장 400 ㎚ 내지 700 ㎚에서의 반사율의 평균치가 65% 이상이고,상기 유기 발광 매체층이 적어도 제1 색, 제2 색 및 제3 색의 빛을 발하는, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기 발광 매체층이 제1 색의 빛을 발하는 제1 발광 재료, 제2 색의 빛을 발하는 제2 발광 재료 및 제3 색의 빛을 발하는 제3 발광 재료를 포함하는, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 광학 막두께 조정층이 제1 무기 화합물층을 포함하고, 상기 제2 광학 막두께 조정층이 상기 제1 무기 화합물층 및 제2 무기 화합물층을 포함하는, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1 유기 전계 발광 소자, 및 상기 제1 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발하는 제1 색의 빛을 투과시키는 제1 컬러 필터를 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 설치한 제1 화소,제2 유기 전계 발광 소자, 및 상기 제2 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발하는 제2 색의 빛을 투과시키는 제2 컬러 필터를 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 설치한 제2 화소, 및제3 유기 전계 발광 소자, 및 상기 제3 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발하는 제3 색의 빛을 투과시키는 제3 컬러 필터를 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 설치한 제3 화소를 갖고,상기 제1 유기 전계 발광 소자가 적어도 광 반사성 전극, 제1 광학 막두께 조정층, 유기 발광 매체층, 금속층 및 투명 전극층을 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 적층한 소자이고,상기 제2 유기 전계 발광 소자가 적어도 광 반사성 전극, 제2 광학 막두께 조정층, 유기 발광 매체층, 금속층 및 투명 전극층을 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 적층한 소자이고,상기 제3 유기 전계 발광 소자가 적어도 광 반사성 전극, 제3 광학 막두께 조정층, 유기 발광 매체층, 금속층 및 투명 전극층을 광 취출 방향으로 이 순서로 적층한 소자이고,상기 광 반사성 전극의 파장 400 ㎚ 내지 700 ㎚에서의 반사율의 평균치가 65% 이상이고,상기 유기 발광 매체층이 적어도 제1 색, 제2 색 및 제3 색의 빛을 발하는, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기 발광 매체층이 제1 색의 빛을 발하는 제1 발광 재료, 제2 색의 빛을 발하는 제2 발광 재료 및 제3 색의 빛을 발하는 제3 발광 재료를 포함하는, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 광학 막두께 조정층이 제1 무기 화합물층을 포함하고, 상기 제2 광학 막두께 조정층이 상기 제1 무기 화합물층 및 제2 무기 화합물층을 포함하고, 상기 제3 광학 막두께 조정층이 상기 제1 무기 화합물층, 상기 제2 무기 화합물층 및 제3 무기 화합물층을 포함하는, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항, 제3항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 발광 매체층이 호스트 재료와 청색계 도펀트를 포함하는 청색계 발광층, 청색계 발광층과 동일한 호스트 재료와 녹색계 도펀트를 포함하는 녹색계 발광층, 및 청색계 발광층과 동일한 호스트 재료와 등색 내지 적색계 도펀트를 포함하는 등색 내지 적색계 발광층을 적층하여 포함하는, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기 발광 매체층에 이용되는 호스트 재료가 비대칭 안트라센계 화합물인, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기 발광 매체에 이용되는 청색계 도펀트가 스티릴아민, 아민 치환 스티릴 화합물, 아민 치환 축합 방향족 및 축합 방향족 환 함유 화합물에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물인, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기 발광 매체에 이용되는 등색 내지 적색계 도펀트가 플루오란텐 골격을 복수개 갖는 화합물에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물인, 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치.
