이종물질을 수용한 배출장치
(2)발명의 목적
본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치의 방출시스템에 관한 것이며,종래의 것으로는 일반적인 것이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
수용부의 저장공간에 든 내용물을 밀폐시키고 방출하는 용도의 배출대는 상캡의 개방시 상향되어 저장공간이 열리도록 구성한 것이며,상기한 배출대는 상캡이 올려지는 과정에 상캡이 본체의 상측에 형성된 밀폐부를 벗어 나면서 상부의 개방부가 개방되도록 구성된 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
저장공간을 갖는 배출장치의 내용물 혼합 후, 그 혼합된 내용물을 상방의 상캡을 통해 음용할 수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치에 관한 것이고, 종래의 것으로는 PCT/KR04/02842호가 있다.
본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치에 있어서, 수용부의 저장공간에 든 내용물의 밀폐방식과 개방부의 구성에 관한 것이다.
더욱 상세하게는, 상캡을 개방하는 과정에 저장공간을 막고 있던 작동부가 상캡의 상승시 상향되어 개폐공이 열리고, 상기한 작동부를 갖는 상캡은 상부 개방부가 직접 개방되도록 구성하여 내용물을 직접 빨아 먹을 수 있게 구성한 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치(1)는 수용부(20)를 갖는 본체(10)와 상기 수용부(20) 저장공간(21)의 개폐공(22)을 상캡(30)의 작동부(32) 저부 그 대응부가 막고 있으며,상기 작동부(32)는 상캡(30)이 상향되는 과정에 작동부(32)가 상향되도록 구성한 것이다.
그리고 상기 본체(10)의 구부(11)의 내측향에는 연결부(13)로서 연결된 일정 길이의 밀폐부(12)를 형성한다.
또한 상기한 작동부(32)는 연결부(13)의 사이 홈을 중심으로 하방으로 끼워지는 형식으로 조립되고, 상기 작동부(32)의 하방은 수용부(20)의 개폐공(22)을 밀폐시키는 형식으로 기밀이 유지되며, 그 기밀성을 향상시키기 위하여 작동부(32)의 하방에 연질의 밀폐부가 조립될 수 있는 것임과, 상기 작동부(32) 절개부(33)가 있어 본체(10)에 조립하는 것이 용이하고,상기한 작동부(32)는 일정 이상은 상향되지 못하도록 상기 작동부(32)의 외환부에 걸림턱(34) 등을 형성할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 상캡(30)은 약간의 회전 또는 들어 올려지는 과정에 작동부(32) 가 상향되도록 구성되며, 상기한 상캡(30)의 상부(31)는 본체(10)의 밀폐부(12)가 기밀을 유지시켜 상부개폐공이 밀폐되어져 있는 것이고, 상기 상캡(30)은 일정 이상은 상향되지 못하도록 걸림턱(34)이 상부(31)의 구부(11) 대응부에 형성할 수 있는 것이다.
또한 배출장치(1)의 개방시 또는 음용시 용기내부로 공기유입이 가능하도록 공기유입부(35)를 형성하되, 바람직하게는 작동부(32)의 외측향에 형성하며, 작동부(32)가 들어 올려질때 공기유입부(35)가 열리도록 구성하는 것이 좋다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 일 사용시는 상캡(30)을 개방하게 되면, 상캡(30)에 의해 작동부(32)가 상향되면서 개폐공(22)이 열리고, 이와 동시 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 개폐공(22)을 통해 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되는 것이다.
그리고 상캡(30)은 걸림턱(34)에 의해 어느 이상은 열리지 않는 것이고, 이와 동시 상캡(30)의 상부(31)는 밀폐부(12)로부터 이격되어 상부개폐공이 열리는 것이다.
또한 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 용기(40) 내의 내용물에 낙하 혼합된 후, 그 내용물을 음용하고자 할때는 용기(40)를 일측으로 기울인 후,상기한 상캡(30)을 빨게 되면 용기내의 내용물이 상부개폐공을 통해 배출되는 것이다.
이때 공기유입부(35)를 통하여는 저장공간(21)을 경유 용기(40)내로 공기가 유입되는 바, 음용성이 향상되는 것이다.
또한 용기(40)는 감압이 된 상태에서 배출장치(1)가 결합되면, 배출장치(1)의 개방시 수용부(20)에 든 내용물의 낙하성이 향상되는 장점이 있다.
그리고 수용부(20)는 본체(10)에 결합되거나 또는 일체로 구성될 수 있는 것이다.
또한 본체(10)는 스크류방식이나, 원터치방식 또는 접착방식등 다양한 방식으로 병 형태의 용기나, 파우치용기, 또는 종이팩 등에 결합될수 있는 것이다.
그리고 상캡(30)은 안전을 위해 스커트(36)를 구성하거나 또는 위생을 위해 상부 덮개를 구성할 수 있다.
저장공간을 갖는 배출장치의 내용물 혼합 후, 그 혼합된 내용물을 상방의 상캡을 통해 음용할 수 있는 큰 특징이 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 용기의 배출방향에 접착 또는 결합되는 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는 내부에 수용부를 갖는 본체와, 상기 수용부에는 저부로 개폐공이 형성되고, 상기 개폐공을 열고 닫는 작동부는 상캡에 의해서 이루어지며, 상기 상캡을 개방할시는 작동부가 상향되어 수용부의 개폐공이 열리도록 구성함과,상기 상캡을 개방할시 수용부의 개폐공이 열림과 동시 상캡의 상부개폐공이 열리도록 구성한 것에 있어서,
    상기 작동부는 수용부의 개폐공을 열고 닫는 부위를 별도 조립하여 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
