Claims (17)
- 에틸벤젠 원료를 탈수소화 조건 하에서 촉매와 접촉시켜 스티렌 산물을 생산하는 형식의 스티렌 제조 공정에 있어서,상기 촉매로서 티타늄 함량이 낮은 산화철계 탈수소화 촉매 조성물을 이용하고;상기 공정을 낮은 증기 대 유분 비의 작동 조건 하에서 작동시키는 것을 포함하는 것이 특징인 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 낮은 티타늄 함량은 산화철계 탈수소화 촉매 조성물 중의 티타늄 농도가 1000ppmw 미만이 되게 할 정도인 것인 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 낮은 증기 대 유분 비의 작동 조건은 증기 대 유분 몰비가 9:1 이하가 되게 할 정도의 증기의 양과 에틸벤젠 원료를 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 것인 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 티타늄 농도가 500ppmw 미만이고, 증기 대 유분 몰비가 8:1 미만인 공정.
- 탈수소화 조건 하에서 원료를 티타늄 함량이 낮은 산화철계 탈수소화 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하되, 상기 원료는 에틸벤젠과 증기를 함유하고, 이 때 증기는 상기 원료 중에 증기 대 유분 몰비가 9:1 미만이 되게 할 정도의 함량으로 상기 원료 중에 존재하는 것인 탈수소화 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 낮은 티타늄 함량은 산화철계 탈수소화 촉매 중의 티타늄 농도가 1000ppmw 미만이 되게 할 정도인 것인 탈수소화 공정.
- 제6항에 있어서, 증기 대 유분 몰비는 8:1 미만이고, 티타늄 농도는 300ppmw 미만인 것인 탈수소화 공정.
- 티타늄 함량이 높은 제1 촉매를 함유한 반응기를 구비하는 스티렌 공정 단위의 작동을 개선시키는 방법으로서,상기 제1 촉매를 상기 반응기로부터 제거하고, 그 대신 티타늄 함량이 낮은 제2 촉매로 교체하는 단계; 및그 다음 상기 스티렌 공정 단위를 낮은 증기 대 유분 비의 조건 하에서 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 촉매는 산화철계 탈수소화 촉매이고 높은 티타늄 함량은 1000ppmw를 초과하는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제2 촉매는 산화철계 탈수소화 촉매이고 낮은 티타늄 함량은 1000ppmw 미만인 것인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 낮은 증기 대 유분 비의 조건은 탈수소화 조건 하에서 에틸벤젠과 증기를 함유하는 에틸벤젠 원료와 제2 촉매를 접촉시키는 것을 포함하며, 이 때 상기 에틸벤젠 원료는 이 원료 중의 증기 대 유분 몰비가 9:1 미만이 되게 할 정도의 증기 함량을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 낮은 티타늄 함량이 500ppmw 미만인 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 증기 대 유분 몰비가 8:1 미만인 것인 방법.
- 낮은 증기 대 유분 비 공정 조건 하에서 에틸벤젠을 탈수소화하여 스티렌을 제조하는데 사용하기에 적합한 탈수소화 촉매로서,산화철 성분;세륨 성분;칼륨 성분;몰리브덴 성분;알칼리 토금속 성분; 및티타늄 농도가 1000ppmw 미만인 티타늄을 함유하는 것인 탈수소화 촉매.
- 제14항에 있어서, 산화철 성분은 Fe2O3으로서 계산했을 때 40 내지 90중량% 범위로 존재하고; 세륨 성분은 Ce2O3로서 계산했을 때 1 내지 25중량% 범위로 존재하며; 칼륨 성분은 K2O로서 계산했을 때 5 내지 40중량% 범위로 존재하고; 몰리브덴 성분은 MoO3으로서 계산했을 때 0.1 내지 15중량% 범위로 존재하며, 알칼리 토금속 성분은 산화물로서 계산했을 때 0.1 내지 15중량% 범위로 존재하는 것인, 탈수소화 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서, 티타늄 농도가 500ppmw 미만인 탈수소화 촉매.
- 제16항에 있어서, 티타늄 농도가 300ppmw 미만인 탈수소화 촉매.
