Description
Claims (17)
- 실내 공기와 냉매를 열교환하는 제1열교환기와,냉매를 압축하는 압축기와,상기 압축기에 의해 압축된 냉매를 물과 열교환하는 판형상의 제2열교환기와,난방시 상기 제2열교환기 내부를 유동하는 물의 결빙을 방지하는 동파방지장치를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 동파방지장치는,상기 제2열교환기에 열을 가하는 가열수단임을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단은,상기 제2열교환기의 외면 일측에 권취되어 외부로부터 공급되는 전원에 의해 발열하는 히터임을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단은,상기 제2열교환기의 외면 일측에서 제2열교환기를 경유한 물의 배출을 안내하는 출수관에 근접하여 권취됨을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 동파방지장치는 내부의 물온도가 설정온도 이하일 때 선택적으로 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 동파방지장치는, 상기 압축기에서 압축된 냉매가 제1열교환기를 경유하지 않고 제2열교환기로 바로 유입되도록 안내하는 냉매회유수단임을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 냉매회유수단은,다수개 포트가 구비되어 냉매의 흐름 방향을 바꾸어주는 3방향밸브와,상기 3방향밸브에 형성된 다수개 포트 중 어느 하나와 연통되게 결합되어 상기 압축기에서 토출된 냉매를 상기 3방향밸브 내부로 안내하는 냉매회유관을 포함하여 구성되며,상기 3방향밸브의 일측에는, 3방향밸브 내부를 경유한 냉매를 상기 제2열교환기로 안내하는 실외액관이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 3방향밸브의 일측에는,상기 제2열교환기의 출구와 연통되는 3방입구포트와,실내 공기를 열교환하는 실내측과 연결되는 3방1출구포트와,상기 냉매회유관과 연통되게 연결되는 3방2출구포트가 구비됨을 특징으로 하 는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제2열교환기의 일측에는,상기 제2열교환기 내부를 경유하는 물의 온도를 측정하는 냉각수온도센서가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 냉매회유관의 일측에는,상기 냉매회유관 내부를 선택적으로 차폐하는 회유차단밸브가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 난방 모드로 선택시 제2열교환기 일측에 구비된 냉각수온도센서가 제2열교환기 내부의 물온도를 측정하는 수온측정단계와;상기 냉각수온도센서가 측정한 물온도를 제어부에서 설정온도와 비교하는 수온비교단계와;상기 제어부에서 비교된 측정온도와 설정온도의 차이가 일정 범위 이내일 때, 동파방지수단을 작동시켜 제2열교환기 내부의 물 결빙을 방지하는 동파방지단계;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기의 제어방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 동파방지수단은,상기 측정온도가 설정온도 이하일 때 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조 화기의 제어방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 동파방지단계는,상기 제2열교환기의 외면에 권취된 가열수단에 전원을 인가하는 과정임을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기의 제어방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 동파방지단계는,상기 압축기에서 압축된 냉매가 제1열교환기를 경유하지 않고 제2열교환기로 유입되도록 안내하는 냉매회유수단이 작동되도록 하는 과정임을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기의 제어방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 동파방지단계는,측정온도와 설정온도를 비교시에 온도차이에 따라 상기 제어부가 냉매회유수단에 구비된 3방향밸브의 개구위치를 선택적으로 변경하는 과정임을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기의 제어방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 설정온도는 0℃임을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기의 제어방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 수온비교단계에서,상기 측정온도가 설정온도보다 높을 때 상기 제어부는 냉매를 압축하는 압축기가 구동되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기의 제어방법.
