Claims (18)
- 극저온의 LNG를 수용하기 위한 LNG 저장탱크와;상기 LNG 저장탱크에 수용되어 있는 LNG를 재기화하기 위한 LNG 재기화 설비와;상기 LNG 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스를 다시 상기 LNG 저장탱크의 하부로 분사시켜 재응축시키기 위한 인-탱크 재응축 수단;을 포함하며,상기 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 통해 증발가스를 상기 LNG 저장탱크로 복귀시킴으로써 증발가스의 재응축을 상기 LNG 저장탱크 내에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 인-탱크 재응축 수단은 상기 LNG 저장탱크의 하부에 설치되는 노즐인 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 LNG 재기화 설비에 포함되어 재기화 열원을 공급하기 위한 보일러를 포함하며,상기 LNG 재기화 설비가 운전되지 않을 때에는 증발가스를 상기 인-탱크 재 응축 수단을 통해 상기 LNG 저장탱크로 복귀시킴으로써 상기 LNG 저장탱크의 압력상승을 허용하고, 상기 LNG 재기화 설비가 운전될 때에는 상기 보일러에서 증발가스를 연소시켜 스팀을 만들어내어 상기 LNG 재기화 설비에 열원으로서 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 보일러에 발생된 스팀 중 상기 LNG 재기화 설비에 공급되지 않은 스팀을 응축시키기 위한 응축기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 LNG 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스를 재액화하기 위한 재응축기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 LNG 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스를 모두 압축기를 통하여 상기 보일러에 공급하기 위한 증발가스 공급라인을 포함하며,그에 따라 잉여의 증발가스를 처리하기 위한 가스 연소기나 플레어를 제거할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 LNG 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스 중 일부를 압축기를 통하여 상기 재응축기에 공급하기 위한 증발가스 공급라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 LNG 재기화 설비에 포함되어 재기화 열원을 공급하기 위한 보일러와,상기 증발가스 공급라인으로부터 분기하여 상기 LNG 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스 중 상기 재응축기에 공급되지 않은 나머지 증발가스를 상기 보일러에 공급하기 위한 증발가스 배출라인을 포함하며,그에 따라 잉여의 증발가스를 처리하기 위한 가스 연소기나 플레어를 제거할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 LNG 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스를 모두 압축기를 통하여 상기 인-탱크 재응축 수단에 공급하기 위한 증발가스 복귀라인을 포함하며,그에 따라 잉여의 증발가스를 처리하기 위한 가스 연소기나 플레어, 그리고 재응축기를 제거할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 LNG 저장탱크로부터 공급되어 온 LNG를 재기화시키기 위한 기화기를 더 포함하며, 증발가스는 상기 LNG 저장탱크로부터 공급되어 온 LNG와 혼합되어 재응축된 후 LNG와 함께 상기 기화기에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 부유식 해상 구조물은, LNG 재기화 설비가 장착되어 있는 LNG RV 및 LNG FSRU 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 극저온의 LNG를 수용하기 위한 LNG 저장탱크와;상기 LNG 저장탱크에 수용되어 있는 LNG를 재기화하기 위한 LNG 재기화 설비와;상기 LNG 재기화 설비에 포함되어 재기화 열원을 공급하기 위한 보일러와;상기 LNG 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스를 다시 상기 LNG 저장탱크의 하부로 분사시켜 재응축시키기 위한 인-탱크 재응축 수단;을 포함하며,증발가스를 상기 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 통해 상기 LNG 저장탱크로 복귀시킴으로써 상기 LNG 저장탱크의 압력상승을 허용하고, 상기 LNG 재기화 설비가 운전될 때에는 상기 보일러에서 증발가스를 연소시켜 스팀을 만들어내어 상기 LNG 재기화 설비에 열원으로서 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 액화가스 재기화 설비를 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물로서,내부 압력의 상승을 허용하도록 보강된 구조를 갖는 액화가스 저장탱크와; 상기 액화가스 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발가스를 다시 상기 액화가스 저장탱크로 분사하기 위한 인-탱크 재응축 수단; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 액화가스 재기화 설비가 작동할 때 증발가스를 연소시켜 발생된 스팀을 재기화 열원으로서 공급하기 위한 보일러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 스팀 중에서 상기 액화가스 재기화 설비에 공급되지 않은 나머지를 응축시키기 위한 응축기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 인-탱크 재응축 수단을 통하여 상기 액화가스 저장탱크로 복귀되는 증발가스를 저압으로 압축하기 위한 저압 압축기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유식 해상 구조물.
- 액화가스 저장탱크와 액화가스 재기화 설비를 갖춘 부유식 해상 구조물에서의 증발가스 처리방법으로서,액화가스 저장탱크 내에서 발생되는 증발가스를 외부로 배출시키는 단계와;배출된 증발가스를 저압으로 압축하는 단계와;저압 압축된 증발가스를 상기 액화가스 저장탱크 내에 복귀시키는 단계; 를 포함하며,그에 따라 배출된 증발가스를 고압으로 압축시킨 후 재응축시키지 않아 증발가스의 고압 압축에 소모되는 에너지를 절감할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리방법.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,상기 액화가스 재기화 설비에 의해 재기화 운전이 실시되는 동안에는 상기 액화가스 저장탱크에서 발생되는 증발가스를 재기화 열원 공급용 보일러의 연료로서 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발가스 처리방법.
