Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 멀티 X선 발생장치로서,2차원으로 배치된 복수의 전자원을 포함하고, 공급되는 구동신호들에 따라 상기 복수의 전자원을 선택적으로 구동함으로써 구동된 전자원들으로부터 전자들을 출력하는 멀티 전자원과,상기 복수의 전자원에 대향하도록 2차원으로 배치된 복수의 타겟을 포함하고, 상기 멀티 전자원으로부터 출력된 전자들의 조사에 따라 X선을 발생하며, X선의 발생 장소에 따라 선질이 다른 X선을 출력하는 타겟부를 구비하고,상기 멀티 전자원에 있어서의 전자원들의 선택적인 구동에 의해, 상기 타겟부로부터의 X선의 발생 장소와 선질이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 X선 발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 타겟은 서로 다른 재료로 이루어진 적어도 2종류의 타겟을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 X선 발생장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 타겟부에 있어서 서로 다른 재료로 이루어진 타겟들이 주기적으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 X선 발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 타겟부는, 상기 복수의 타겟에 대응한 복수의 필터를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 필터는, X선에 대하여 서로 다른 특성을 갖는 적어도 2종류의 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 X선 발생장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 필터는, 서로 다른 특성을 갖고 주기적으로 배치되어 있는 필터들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 X선 발생장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 전자원의 각각은, 냉음극으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 X선 발생장치.
- X선 촬영장치로서,청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 멀티 X선 발생장치와,상기 멀티 X선 발생장치로부터 출력되어 검출면에 도달한, X선의 선량에 대응한 전기신호를 생성하는 2차원 X선 검출기와,구동조건에 따라 구동신호를 생성하고, 그 구동신호를 상기 멀티 전자원에 공급함으로써 각 전자원을 구동하는 구동수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 촬영장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,촬영하는 부위의 정보에 의거하여 상기 멀티 전자원에 있어서의 각 전자원의 구동조건을 설정하는 설정수단을 더 구비하고,상기 구동수단은, 상기 설정수단에 의해 설정된 구동조건에 따라, 상기 멀티 전자원의 각 전자원을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 촬영장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 멀티 X선 발생장치와 피검체와의 사이에서 상기 멀티 X선 발생장치로부터 출력된 X선의 강도를 측정하는 측정수단을 더 구비하고,상기 구동수단은, 상기 측정수단에 의해 취득된 측정 결과에 의거하여 촬영하는 부위에 대응한 구동조건을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 촬영장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 2차원 X선 검출기에 의해 생성된 전기신호로부터 X선 화상을 생성하는 생성수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 촬영장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 멀티 X선 발생장치와 피검체와의 사이에서 상기 멀티 X선 발생장치로부터 출력된 X선의 강도를 측정하는 측정수단을 더 구비하고,상기 생성수단은, 선질이 다른 X선의 선량에 대응한 전기신호들을, 상기 측정 수단에 의해 취득된 측정 결과에 의거하여 수치 처리해서 X선 화상을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 촬영장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 생성수단은, 선질이 다른 X선의 선량에 대응한 전기신호들을, 상기 멀티 전자원에 있어서의 각 전자원의 구동조건에 의거하여 수치 처리해서 X선 화상을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 촬영장치.
