Claims (11)
- 하기 단량체 (a) 에 기초하는 중합 단위와 하기 단량체 (b) 에 기초하는 중합 단위를 갖는 공중합체를 함유하고,상기 단량체 (b) 에 기초하는 중합 단위의 비율이, 상기 단량체 (a) 에 기초하는 중합 단위와 상기 단량체 (b) 에 기초하는 중합 단위의 합계 (100 몰%) 중 30 ∼ 80 몰% 인 발수 발유제 조성물.단량체 (a) : 하기 식 (1) 로 나타내는 화합물.(Z-Y)nX …(1)단, Z 는 탄소수가 1 ∼ 6 인 퍼플루오로알킬기, 또는 하기 식 (2) 로 나타내는 기이고, Y 는 2 가 유기기 또는 단결합이고, n 은 1 또는 2 이고, X 는 n 이 1 인 경우에는, 하기 식 (3-1) ∼ (3-5) 로 나타내는 기 중 어느 것이며, n 이 2 인 경우에는, 하기 식 (4-1) ∼ (4-4) 로 나타내는 기 중 어느 것이다.CiF2i+1O(CFX1CF2O)jCFX2- …(2)단, i 는 1 ∼ 6 의 정수이고, j 는 0 ∼ 10 의 정수이며, X1 및 X2 는 각각 불소 원자 또는 트리플루오로메틸기이다.단, R 은 수소 원자, 메틸기 또는 할로겐 원자이고, φ는 페닐렌기이다.단, R 은 수소 원자, 메틸기 또는 할로겐 원자이고, m 은 0 ∼ 4 의 정수이다.단량체 (b) : 폴리플루오로알킬기를 갖지 않으며, 탄소수가 20 ∼ 30 인 알킬기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공중합체가 추가로 하기 단량체 (d) 에 기초하는 중합 단위를 갖는 발수 발유제 조성물.단량체 (d) : 폴리플루오로알킬기를 갖지 않으며, 가교할 수 있는 관능기를 갖는 단량체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 공중합체가 추가로 하기 단량체 (c) 에 기초하는 중합 단위를 갖는 발수 발유제 조성물.단량체 (c) : 염화비닐.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,물, 알코올, 글리콜, 글리콜에테르 및 글리콜에스테르로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 매체를 함유하는 발수 발유제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공중합체 (100 질량%) 에 대하여 1 ∼ 6 질량% 의 계면 활성제를 함유하는 발수 발유제 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 계면 활성제가 노니온성 계면 활성제 및 카티온성 계면 활성제인 발수 발유제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 발수 발유제 조성물을 사용하여 처리된 물품.
- 계면 활성제, 중합 개시제의 존재 하, 매체 중에서 하기 단량체 (a) 와 하기 단량체 (b) 를 함유하는 단량체 혼합물을 중합하는 발수 발유제 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,상기 단량체 (b) 의 비율이, 상기 단량체 (a) 와 상기 단량체 (b) 의 합계 (100 몰%) 중 30 ∼ 80 몰% 인 발수 발유제 조성물의 제조 방법.단량체 (a) : 하기 식 (1) 로 나타내는 화합물.(Z-Y)nX …(1)단, Z 는 탄소수가 1 ∼ 6 인 퍼플루오로알킬기, 또는 하기 식 (2) 로 나타내는 기이고, Y 는 2 가 유기기 또는 단결합이고, n 은 1 또는 2 이고, X 는 n 이 1 인 경우에는, 하기 식 (3-1) ∼ (3-5) 로 나타내는 기 중 어느 것이며, n 이 2 인 경우에는, 하기 식 (4-1) ∼ (4-4) 로 나타내는 기 중 어느 것이다.CiF2i+1O(CFX1CF2O)jCFX2- …(2)단, i 는 1 ∼ 6 의 정수이고, j 는 0 ∼ 10 의 정수이며, X1 및 X2 는 각각 불소 원자 또는 트리플루오로메틸기이다.단, R 은 수소 원자, 메틸기 또는 할로겐 원자이고, φ는 페닐렌기이다.단, R 은 수소 원자, 메틸기 또는 할로겐 원자이고, m 은 0 ∼ 4 의 정수이다.단량체 (b) : 폴리플루오로알킬기를 갖지 않으며, 탄소수가 20 ∼ 30 인 알킬기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트.

- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 단량체 혼합물이 추가로 하기 단량체 (c) 를 함유하는 발수 발유제 조성물의 제조 방법.단량체 (c) : 염화비닐.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수계 매체 중에서 상기 단량체 혼합물을 유화 중합하여 공중합체의 에멀션을 얻는 발수 발유제 조성물의 제조 방법.
