Description
Claims (5)
- 소정간격 이격되어 한 쌍으로 이루어지는 투명판;상기 한 쌍의 투명판 내측에 각각 구비되는 한 쌍의 투명전극;상기 한 쌍의 투명전극 중 어느 하나에 구비되어 환원 상태에서 색이 발현되도록 징크옥사이드(ZnO)로 이루어지는 환원발색층;상기 환원발색층과 대면되는 위치에서 상기 한 쌍의 투명전극 중 나머지 하나에 구비되어 산화 상태에서 색이 발현되는 산화발색층; 및상기 환원발색층 및 산화발색층 사이에 구비되어 상기 환원발색층 및 산화발색층과의 전자의 이동을 매개하는 전해질층;을 포함하여 이루어지는 전기변색 투명판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 환원발색층은,갈륨(gallium: Ga)이 도포되어 이루어지는 전기변색 투명판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 산화발색층은,오산화바나듐(V2O5), 산화이리듐(IrO2), 산화니켈(NiO), 산화크로뮴(Ⅲ )(Cr2O3) 중 적어도 어느 하나로 이루어지는 전기변색 투명판.
- 한 쌍의 투명판 사이에 한 쌍의 투명전극을 각각 형성하는 단계;환원 상태에서 색이 발현되는 환원발색층을 상기 한 쌍의 투명전극 중 어느 하나에 징크옥사이드(ZnO)를 스퍼터링 증착하여 형성하는 단계;산화 상태에서 색이 발현되는 산화발색층을 상기 한 쌍의 투명전극 중 나머지 하나에 형성하는 단계; 및상기 환원발색층 및 산화발색층 사이에 전해질을 충진시키는 단계;를 거치는 전기변색 투명판 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 환원발색층을 형성하는 단계에서는,상기 징크옥사이드(ZnO)에 갈륨(gallium: Ga)을 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 전기변색 투명판 제조방법.
