Claims (5)
- 스타필로코커스 아우레우스(Staphylococcus aureus), 비브리오 파라해몰리티쿠스(Vibrio parahaemolyticus) 및 살모넬라 엔테리카(Salmonella enterica)로부터 각각 템플릿 DNA를 제작하는 단계;하기 1) 내지 3)의 프라이머 세트를 선정하는 단계;1) 서열번호 1의 STA-5F 프라이머와 서열번호 2의 STA-5R 프라이머로 구성된 스타필로코커스 아우레우스(Staphylococcus aureus) 검출용 프라이머 세트,2) 서열번호 3의 TOX-F 프라이머와 서열번호 4의 TOX-R 프라이머로 구성된 비브리오 파라해몰리티쿠스(Vibrio parahaemolyticus) 검출용 프라이머 세트,3) 서열번호 5의 139 프라이머와 서열번호 6의 141 프라이머로 구성된 살모넬라 엔테리카(Salmonella enterica) 검출용 프라미어 세트상기 템플릿 DNA와 프라이머세트를 이용하여 다중 PCR을 수행하는 단계; 및상기 PCR 산물로부터 스타필로코커스 아우레우스, 비브리오 파라해몰리티쿠스 및 살모넬라 엔테리카를 동시에 검출하는 단계로 이루어진 스타필로코커스 아우레우스, 비브리오 파라해몰리티쿠스 및 살모넬라 엔테리카를 동시에 검출하는 다중 PCR 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 스타필로코커스 아우레우스, 비브리오 파라해몰리티쿠스 및 살모넬라 엔테리카를 동시에 검출하는 다중 PCR 방법에 사용되는 서열번호 1의 STA- 5F 프라이머와 서열번호 2의 STA-5R 프라이머로 구성된 스타필로코커스 아우레우스 검출용 프라이머 세트.
- 제1항에 따른 스타필로코커스 아우레우스, 비브리오 파라해몰리티쿠스 및 살모넬라 엔테리카를 동시에 검출하는 다중 PCR 방법에 사용되는 서열번호 3의 TOX-F 프라이머와 서열번호 4의 TOX-R 프라이머로 구성된 비브리오 파라해몰리티쿠스 검출용 프라이머 세트.
- 제1항에 따른 스타필로코커스 아우레우스, 비브리오 파라해몰리티쿠스 및 살모넬라 엔테리카를 동시에 검출하는 다중 PCR 방법에 사용되는 서열번호 5의 139 프라이머와 서열번호 6의 141 프라이머로 구성된 살모넬라 엔테리카 검출용 프라미어 세트.
- 1) 서열번호 1의 STA-5F 프라이머와 서열번호 2의 STA-5R 프라이머로 구성된 스타필로코커스 아우레우스 검출용 프라이머 세트,2) 서열번호 3의 TOX-F 프라이머와 서열번호 4의 TOX-R 프라이머로 구성된 비브리오 파라해몰리티쿠스 검출용 프라이머 세트 및3) 서열번호 5의 139 프라이머와 서열번호 6의 141 프라이머로 구성된 살모넬라 엔테리카 검출용 프라미어 세트를 포함하는 스타필로코커스 아우레우스, 비브리오 파라해몰리티쿠스 및 살모넬라 엔테리카를 동시 검출용 키트.
