Description
Claims (26)
- 후면(backing); 및
후면 상의 한면 또는 양면에 코팅되고 0.86 내지 0.89 g/㎤의 밀도 및 105℃ 이상의 미세결정 융점(crystallite melting point)을 갖는 올레핀 폴리머를 포함하고 점착제 수지를 포함하는 접착제를 포함하는 접착 테이프. - 제 1항에 있어서, 올레핀의 폴리머의 밀도가 0.86 내지 0.88 g/㎤, 바람직하게 0.86 내지 0.87 g/㎤이고/거나, 올레핀 폴리머가 105℃ 이상, 바람직하게 115℃ 이상, 더욱 바람직하게 135℃ 이상의 미세결정 융점을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 올레핀 폴리머가 8 g/10 분 미만, 바람직하게 1.5 g/10 분 미만의 용융 지수를 가지고/거나, 50 MPa 미만, 바람직하게 26 MPa 미만, 및 더욱 바람직하게 17 MPa 미만의 굴곡 탄성율(flexural modulus)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀 폴리머가 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌, 및 C2 내지 C10 올레핀, 바람직하게 C2 내지 C10 α- 올레핀으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 추가 코모노머(comonomer), 더욱 바람직하게 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 코폴리머(copolymer), 에틸렌과 부트-1-엔의 코폴리머, 에틸렌과 옥트-1-엔의 코폴리머, 프로필렌과 부트-1-엔의 코폴리머, 또는 에틸렌, 프로필렌과 부트-1-엔의 테르폴리머(terpolymer)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올레핀 폴리머가 폴리프로필렌을 기초로 한 블록 코폴리머(block polymer), 그라프트 폴리머(graft polymer) 또는 이종상 폴리머(heterophasic polymer)임을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제가 2.1 미만, 바람직하게 1.8 미만, 더욱 바람직하게 1.6 미만, 매우 바람직하게 1.0 내지 1.4의 다분산도를 갖는 점착제 수지를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점착제 수지가
- 로진 또는 로진 유도체, 바람직하게 일부 또는 전부 수소첨가된 로진 또는 로진 유도체를 기초로 한 수지,
- C5 모노머, 바람직하게 일부 또는 전부 수소첨가된 C5 모노머를 기초로 한 탄화수소 수지,
- 방향족-함유 탄화수소 수지의 수소첨가로부터의 탄화수소 수지,
- 수소첨가된 시클로펜타디엔 폴리머를 기초로 한 탄화수소 수지, 및/또는
- 폴리테르펜, 바람직하게 일부 또는 전부 수소첨가된 폴리테르펜을 기초로 한 수지, 및/또는
- 테르펜-페놀성 수지의 군으로부터 선택되며,
접착제 중의 점착제 수지의 양이 바람직하게 130 내지 350 phr, 더욱 바람직하게 200 내지 240 phr임을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프. - 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제가 미네랄 오일, 이소부텐 호모폴리머(homopolymer) 및/또는 이소부텐-부텐 코폴리머의 액상 폴리머의 군으로부터 선택되는 가소제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제가, 굴곡 탄성율이 바람직하게 10 MPa 미만이고 미세결정 융점이 바람직하게 50℃ 미만인, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부트-1-엔, 헥스-1-엔 및/또는 옥트-1-엔의 코폴리머 또는 테르폴리머를 포함하거나, 40 중량% 내지 70 중량%의 에틸렌 함량 및/또는 0.88 미만, 더욱 바람직하게 0.87 g/㎤ 미만의 밀도를 갖는 EPM 또는 EPDM을 포함하며, 코폴리머 또는 테르폴리머의 양이 바람직하게 100 phr을 초과함을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제가,
i) 1차 항산화제, 바람직하게 2 phr 이상, 더욱 바람직하게 6 phr 이상의 양의, 및/또는 입체적으로 방해된 페놀기를 갖는, 1차 항산화제,
ii) 0 내지 5 phr, 바람직하게 0.5 내지 1 phr 양의, 및/또는 황 화합물의 부류 또는 포스파이트(phosphite)의 부류로부터의, 2차 항산화제,
iii) 광안정화제, 바람직하게 HALS, 및/또는
iv) UV 흡수제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프. - 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제가 실질적으로 미네랄 오일-부재이고, 보다 특히 미네랄 오일-부재 가소제를 사용함으로써 실질적으로 미네랄 오일-부재임을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제가 캐리어 상에, 10 내지 300 g/㎡, 바람직하게 70 내지 160 g/㎡로 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
- 롤 반창고(roll plaster) 또는 개별 반창고(individual plaster), 배변 주머니(colostomy bag) 또는 전극을 결합시키기 위한 다이컷(dicut), 활성 물질 패치, 상처 피복재(wound covering) 또는 정형외과용 또는 정맥학적 붕대(orthopedic or phlebological bandage), 또는 절개 필름(incision film)으로서 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착 테이프의 용도.
- 패키징 적용(packaging application)을 위한, 바람직하게 강화 카드보드 패키징을 위한, 보다 특히 다이컷의 영역에서, 인열-개방 스트립(tear-open strip)으로서, 운반 손잡이로서, 팔레트 고정(pallet securement)을 위한, 상품의 전달 고정(transmit securement)으로서, 번들링(bundling)을 위한, 및 보다 특히 접철식 상자(folding carton)의 밀봉을 위한, 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착 테이프의 용도.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 접착제가 캐리어 상에 무용매로(solventlessly) 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 14항 또는 제 15항에 있어서, 올레핀 폴리머가 에틸렌 폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 통풍 파이프(ventilation pipe) 또는 와이어 또는 케이블을 번들링하거나, 보호하거나, 라벨링하거나, 절연시키거나, 밀봉시키기 위한, 및 바람직하게 자동차에서 케이블 하네스(cable harnesses)를 랩핑(wrapping)하기 위한 권취 테이프(winding tape)로서, 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착 테이프의 용도.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 캐리어가
- 1차 항산화제, 바람직하게 2 phr 이상, 더욱 바람직하게 6 phr 이상의 양의 1차 항산화제, 및/또는
- 0 내지 5 phr, 바람직하게 0.5 내지 1 phr의 양의 2차 항산화제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용도. - 케이블을 감싸는 테이프(cable bandaging tape)로서 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착 테이프의 용도.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 접착제가 캐리어 상에 무용매로 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 19항 또는 제 20항에 있어서, 올리펜 폴리머가 에틸렌 폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 19항 내지 제 21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐리어가 섬유 캐리어(textile carrier)임을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 옥외 적용(exterior application)을 위한, 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착 테이프의 용도로서, 접착 테이프가, 상부면 상에 압출 코팅, 분산 코팅 또는 필름 적층에 의해 도포되는 추가 층이 제공되고 하부면 상에 0.86 내지 0.89 g/㎤의 밀도 및 105℃ 이상의 미세결정 융점을 갖는 에틸렌 폴리머를 포함하고 점착제 수지를 포함하는 접착제가 제공되어 있는, 15 내지 150 g/㎡의 평량을 갖는 섬유 캐리어를 갖는, 접착 테이프의 용도.
- 거칠고/거나 오염된 표면 상에 접착 결합시키기 위한, 바람직하게 반창고 테이프로서, 접합부(joint)를 밀봉시키기 위한, 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착 테이프의 용도로서, 접착 테이프가 캐리어; 및 캐리어 상의 한면 또는 양면에 용융물로부터 코팅되고, 0.86 내지 0.89 g/㎤의 밀도 및 105℃ 이상의 미세결정 융점을 갖는 에틸렌 폴리머를 포함하고 점착제 수지를 포함하는 접착제로 이루어지는, 접착 테이프의 용도.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 윈드 씰(wind seal), 증기 확산 지연제(vapor diffusion retarder), 및 방습재(vapor barrier)용 한면 또는 양면 접착 어셈블리 테이프로서의 용도.
- 롤 반창고 또는 개별 반창고, 배변 주머니 또는 전극을 결합시키기 위한 다이컷, 활성 물질 패치, 상처 피복재 또는 정형외과용 또는 정맥학적 붕대, 또는 절개 필름으로서 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착 테이프의 용도로서, 접착 테이프가 캐리어; 및 캐리어 상의 한면 또는 양면에 코팅되고, 0.86 내지 0.89 g/㎤의 밀도 및 105℃ 이상의 미세결정 융점을 갖는 올레핀 폴리머를 포함하고 점착제 수지를 포함하는 접착제를 가지는, 접착 테이프의 용도.
