Claims (8)
- 도광판;상기 도광판의 측면에 배치되어 광을 발생시키는 발광소자;상기 발광소자와 도광판 사이에 개재되어, 상기 발광소자에서 발생한 광을 백색광으로 변환하여 상기 도광판으로 제공하는 양자점 바를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광소자는,청색 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양자점 바와 상기 발광소자를 상호 접착시키는 제1접착층;상기 양자점 바와 상기 도광판을 상호 접착시키는 제2접착층 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1접착층 및 제2접착층은,레진, 우레탄, 접착 테이프 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양자점 바는,적색, 녹색, 청색을 발하는 양자점 혹은, 적색, 황색, 녹색, 청색을 발하는 양자점을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 도광판;상기 도광판의 측면에 배치되어 광을 발생시키는 발광소자;상기 발광소자와 도광판 사이에 개재되어, 상기 발광소자에서 발생한 광을 백색광으로 변환하여 상기 도광판으로 제공하는 양자점 바;상기 양자점 바와 상기 발광소자를 상호 접착시키는 제1접착층;상기 양자점 바와 상기 도광판을 상호 접착시키는 제2접착층을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 발광소자는, 청색 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1접착층 및 제2접착층은,레진, 우레탄, 접착 테이프 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
