Claims (22)
- 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬 셀룰로오스 유도체, 그리고치환 또는 비치환된 알킬렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트 화합물이 가교되어 형성된 중합체를 포함하는 유기 에어로젤.
- 제1항에서,상기 중합체는 적어도 두 개의 비닐기를 가지는 화합물이 더 가교되어 있는 유기 에어로젤.
- 제5항에서,상기 적어도 두 개의 비닐기를 가지는 화합물은 다작용기를 가지는 치환 또는 비치환된 아크릴레이트 화합물을 포함하는 유기 에어로젤.
- 제1항에서,상기 유기 에어로젤은 2 내지 50nm의 크기를 가지는 복수의 기공을 가지는 유기 에어로젤.
- 제7항에서,상기 기공은 상기 중합체의 총 부피에 대하여 80 내지 99%의 기공율을 가지는 유기 에어로젤.
- 제1항에서,상기 유기 에어로젤의 비표면적은 150 내지 800 m2/g 인 유기 에어로젤.
- 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬 셀룰로오스 유도체,치환 또는 비치환된 알킬렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트 화합물, 그리고용매를 포함하는 유기 에어로젤용 조성물.
- 제10항에서,적어도 두 개의 비닐기를 가지는 화합물을 더 포함하는 유기 에어로젤용 조성물.
- 제13항에서,상기 적어도 두 개의 비닐기를 가지는 화합물은 다작용기를 가진 치환 또는 비치환된 아크릴레이트 화합물을 포함하는 유기 에어로젤용 조성물.
- 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬 셀룰로오스 유도체 및 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트 화합물을 가교하는 단계, 그리고상기 가교된 화합물을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 에어로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에서,상기 가교하는 단계는 상온에서 수행하는 유기 에어로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에서,상기 가교하는 단계는 아민계 화합물의 존재 하에 수행하는 유기 에어로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에서,상기 가교하는 단계는 적어도 두 개의 비닐기를 가지는 화합물을 더 포함하 는 유기 에어로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에서,상기 적어도 두 개의 비닐기를 가지는 화합물은 다작용기를 가진 치환 또는 비치환된 아크릴레이트 화합물을 포함하는 유기 에어로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에서,상기 가교하는 단계는 60 내지 80℃ 에서 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 에어로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에서,상기 가교하는 단계는 라디칼 개시제의 존재 하에 수행하는 유기 에어로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에서,상기 건조하는 단계 후에 상기 유기 에어로젤의 수축률은 20% 보다 작은 유 기 에어로젤의 제조 방법.
