Abstract
(식 중, R1 및 R2 는 할로겐 원자 또는 치환 혹은 비치환 페닐기를 나타낸다) 로 나타내는 록소프로펜 유도체 또는 그 약리학적으로 허용되는 염이고, 할로겐 원자가 염소 원자, 브롬 원자, 불소 원자, 요오드 원자에서 선택되는 것이고, 치환 페닐기에 있어서의 치환기가 할로겐 원자, 수산기, 치환 혹은 비치환 저급 알킬기, 저급 알킬티오기, 저급 알콕시기, 니트로기, 아미노기 또는 카르복실기인 신규 록소프로펜 유도체 또는 그 약리학적으로 허용되는 염을 제공하는 것.
Description
도 2 는 시험예 3 에 있어서의, 록소프로펜 50 ㎎/㎏ 상당량의 화합물을 투여한 경우의 궤양 계수의 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3 은 시험예 3 에 있어서의, 록소프로펜 40 ㎎/㎏ 상당량의 화합물을 투여한 경우의 위 점막 PGE2 량의 변화를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4 는 시험예 3 에 있어서의, 록소프로펜 10 ㎎/㎏ 상당량의 시험 화합물을 투여한 6 시간 후에 있어서의 카라기닌 부종 (%) 을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5 는 시험예 3 에 있어서의, 록소프로펜 10 ㎎/㎏ 상당량의 시험 화합물을 투여한 6 시간 후에 있어서의 카라기닌 부종 억제율 (%) 을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6 은 시험예 3 에 있어서의, 록소프로펜 10 ㎎/㎏ 상당량의 시험 화합물을 투여한 경우의, 투여 후 3 시간 및 6 시간 후의 다리 용적의 변화를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
식 (Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ) 중, R1 및 R2 의 할로겐 원자가 염소 원자, 브롬 원자, 불소 원자, 요오드 원자에서 선택되는 것인 록소프로펜 유도체 또는 그 약리학적으로 허용되는 염. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
식 (Ⅰ) 중, R1 의 치환 페닐기에 있어서의 치환기가 할로겐 원자, 수산기, 치환 혹은 비치환 저급 알킬기, 저급 알킬티오기, 저급 알콕시기, 니트로기, 아미노기 또는 카르복실기인 록소프로펜 유도체 또는 그 약리학적으로 허용되는 염. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
식 (Ⅱ) 중, R2 의 치환 페닐기에 있어서의 치환기가 할로겐 원자 또는 치환 저급 알킬기인 록소프로펜 유도체 또는 그 약리학적으로 허용되는 염. - 제 1 항에 기재된 식 (Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ) 로 나타내는 록소프로펜 유도체 또는 그 약리학적으로 허용되는 염을 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 의약.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 록소프로펜 유도체 또는 그 약리학적으로 허용되는 염을 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 의약.
