Claims (15)
- 유기 또는 무기 재료로 이루어진 큰 복수의 섬유들을 방적하여 얻어진 연속사를 기계적으로 개섬(opening)하는 공정에 가하여, 상기 섬유들의 내부층들을 포함하여, 상기 섬유들을 균일하게 벌리고(spread out) 분리하는 단계로서, 이 단계는 난연성 충전제를 포함하는 중합체 재료로 상기 섬유들을 코팅하는 단계와 동시에 또는 그 이전에 실행되며, 상기 코팅 단계는 상기 섬유들에 액체 단량체 조제(preparation) 또는 액체 상태의 중합체 조제를 도포하여 실행되며, 상기 조제는 상기 난연성 충전제를 포함하며 25℃에서 1000 내지 2000 mPa.s의 점도를 갖는 단계; 및
원형 단면, 및 상기 난연성 충전제를 포함하는 상기 중합체 재료의 상기 단면의 전체를 통하여 균일하게 분포하는 섬유들을 갖는 복합사를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 복합사의 제조방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스플레잉(splaying)이 상기 연속사를 개섬하기 위하여 사용되는 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스플레잉은 진동 처리와 결합되는 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잉크 젯, 워터 젯 또는 초음파 처리가 상기 연속사를 개섬하기 위하여 사용되는 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합사를 형성하는 단계는 적합한 다이(die)에서 얻어지는 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 얻어진 복합사는, 상기 복합사에 액체 단량체 또는 중합체 조제를 도포함으로써 제2 중합체 코팅, 선택적으로 난연성 충전제를 포함하는 제2 중합체 코팅에 가해지는 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 재료는 염화 중합체, 실리콘 수지, 폴리우레탄, 아크릴 수지, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트(EVA) 공중합체, 및 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 단량체(EPDM) 삼원공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 큰 수의 섬유들은 약 100개 내지 600개의 섬유, 바람직하게는 약 200개 내지 600개의 섬유, 더 바람직하게는 약 200개 내지 400개의 섬유를 포함하는 복합사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 충전제는 붕산아연(zinc borate), 수산화알루미늄(aluminum hydroxide), 삼산화안티몬(antimony trioxide) 및 수산화주석산 아연(zinc hydroxystannate)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 복합사의 제조방법.
- 유기 또는 무기 재료로 이루어진 다수의 섬유들 또는 천연 섬유들로 이루어진 다수의 섬유들, 및 난연성 충전제를 포함하는 중합체 재료로 이루어진 다수의 섬유들을 방적하여 얻어진 복합연속사(composite continuous yarn)로서, 상기 연속사의 구성 섬유들은 상기 중합체 재료 내에 균일하게 분포함으로써 상기 섬유들의 각각은 상기 난연성 충전제를 포함하는 상기 중합체 재료로 코팅되어 있는 복합연속사.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 복합연속사는 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법을 이용하여 얻어질 수 있는 복합연속사.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 복합연속사는 중합체 재료, 선택적으로 난연성 충전제를 포함하는 중합체 재료를 갖는 제2 코팅을 포함하는 복합연속사.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 재료는 염화 중합체, 실리콘 수지, 폴리우레탄, 아크릴 수지, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트(EVA) 공중합체, 및 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 단량체(EPDM) 삼원공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 복합연속사.
- 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 큰 수의 섬유들은 약 100개 내지 600개의 섬유, 바람직하게는 약 200개 내지 600개의 섬유, 더 바람직하게는 약 400개 내지 600개의 섬유를 포함하는 복합연속사.
