Abstract
본 발명은 흡입구와 토출구가 구비된 케이스(100) 내부에는 로터(200a)(200b)의 회전에 의하여 용적의 변화로 인하여 유체를 이송시키는 로터부(200)가 설치되고, 상기 로터(200a)(200b)와 일체로 형성된 회전축에는 슬리브(300)가 마모판(400)의 축공에 끼워져 설치되며, 상기 케이스(100)에 형성된 챔버(110)에는 로터(200a)(200b)의 회전축에 축설되는 밀봉수단(500)이 누수를 방지하도록 설치되어 이루어진 회전용적형 펌프에 있어서, 펌프의 압력을 받는 밀봉수단이 설치되는 챔버(110)와 흡입구 사이에 글루브(600)를 형성시켜 밀봉수단(500)에 전달되는 압력을 감압하도록 하여 밀봉수단(500)의 파손을 방지하는 것에 그 특징이 있다.

- 흡입구와 토출구가 구비된 케이스(100) 내부에는 로터(200a)(200b)의 회전에 의하여 용적의 변화로 인하여 유체를 이송시키는 로터부(200)가 설치되고, 상기 로터(200a)(200b)와 일체로 형성된 회전축에는 슬리브(300)가 마모판(400)의 축공에 끼워져 설치되며, 상기 케이스(100)에 형성된 챔버(110)에는 로터(200a)(200b)의 회전축에 축설되는 밀봉수단(500)이 누수를 방지하도록 설치되어 이루어진 회전용적형 펌프에 있어서,
펌프의 압력을 받는 밀봉수단이 설치되는 챔버(110)와 흡입구 사이에 글루브(600)를 형성시켜 밀봉수단(500)에 전달되는 압력을 감압하도록 하여 밀봉수단(500)의 파손을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 챔버 내부의 압력을 감압시킨 회전용적형 펌프.
