Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 산화물 기준 중량%로,
- 25% 초과 내지 52% 미만의 Al2O3;
- 26% 초과 내지 55% 미만의 TiO2;
- 전체로서 20% 미만의, MgO 및 CoO로부터 선택되는 원소 M1의 1종 이상의 산화물;
- 전체로서 1% 초과 내지 20% 미만의, Fe2O3, Cr2O3, MnO2, La2O3, Y2O3 및 Ga2O3로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 원소 M2의 1종 이상의 산화물;
- 전체로서 1% 초과 내지 25% 미만의, ZrO2, Ce2O3 및 HfO2로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 원소 M3의 1종 이상의 산화물;
- 20% 미만의 SiO2
의 조성을 만족시키는 산화물 세라믹 물질로 형성된 다공성 구조물이며,
상기 조성은
- 10% 미만의 MgO;
- 1% 초과 내지 20% 미만의 Fe2O3;
- 1% 초과 내지 10% 미만의 ZrO2를 갖고,
상기 물질은 상응하는 단순 산화물 또는 그의 전구체 중 하나의 반응성 소결에 의해, 또는 소결된 입자의 열처리에 의해 수득되고, 상기 조성은 상기 조성에 존재하는 모든 산화물을 기준으로 몰%로 a'-t+2m1+m2가 -6 내지 6이도록 하는 것인 다공성 구조물.
(상기 식 중,
- a는 Al2O3의 함량(몰%)이고;
- s는 SiO2의 함량(몰%)이고;
- a'는 a-0.37s이고;
- t는 TiO2의 함량(몰%)이고;
- m1은 M1의 산화물(들)의 총 함량(몰%)이고;
- m2는 M2의 산화물(들)의 총 함량(몰%)이다) - 제1항에 있어서, M3은 Zr, 또는 Zr과 Ce의 조합으로부터 선택되며, 물질 중 ZrO2 함량은 0.7%를 초과하는 다공성 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, M1은 Mg이고, M2는 Fe를 포함하거나 Fe이고, M3은 Zr을 포함하거나 Zr인 다공성 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, M2가 철과 란탄의 조합에 의해 형성된 것인 다공성 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, M3이 지르코늄과 세륨의 조합에 의해 형성된 것인 다공성 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물질이 산화물 기준 중량%로
- 25% 초과 내지 52% 미만의 Al2O3;
- 26% 초과 내지 55% 미만의 TiO2;
- 10% 미만의 MgO;
- 1% 초과 내지 20% 미만의 Fe2O3 또는 (Fe2O3+La2O3);
- 1% 초과 내지 10% 미만의 ZrO2 또는 (ZrO2+CeO2),
- 20% 미만의 SiO2
의 화학적 조성을 갖는 것인 다공성 구조물. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 물질이 산화물 기준 중량%로
- 35% 초과 내지 50% 미만의 Al2O3;
- 26% 초과 내지 50% 미만의 TiO2;
- 6% 미만의 MgO;
- 2% 초과 내지 15% 미만의 Fe2O3 또는 (Fe2O3+La2O3);
- 2% 초과 내지 8% 미만의 ZrO2 또는 (ZrO2+CeO2); 및
- 0.5% 초과 내지 15% 미만의 SiO2
의 화학적 조성을 갖는 것인 다공성 구조물. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1% 초과의 SiO2, 바람직하게는 3% 초과의 SiO2, 바람직하게는 5% 초과의 SiO2를 포함하는 다공성 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물질이 티타늄, 알루미늄, 철, 지르코늄 및 선택적으로 마그네슘을 포함하는 고용체 유형의 상, 산화티타늄 TiO2 및/또는 산화지르코늄 ZrO2로 본질적으로 이루어진 하나 이상의 상 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 실리케이트 상으로 이루어진 주요 상을 포함하는 것인 다공성 구조물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 실리케이트 상(들)이 물질의 총 중량의 0 내지 45% 범위일 수 있는 비율로 존재하는 다공성 구조물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 실리케이트 상이 실리카 및 알루미나로 주로 이루어지고, 실리케이트 상 중 실리카의 중량 기준 비율이 34%를 초과하는 다공성 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 허니컴 유형 구조물, 특히 자동차 응용을 위한 촉매 지지체 또는 필터를 갖고, 상기 구조물을 구성하는 세라믹 물질은 공극률이 10% 초과이고 공극 크기가 5 내지 60 마이크로미터 사이에 중심이 있는 다공성 구조물.
