도 6은 또 다른 실시예에 따른 파장 변환 부재의 일 단면을 도시한 단면도이다.
도 7 내지 도 9는 실시예에 따른 파장 변환 부재를 제조하는 과정을 도시한 도면들이다.
Claims (12)
- 다수 개의 파장 변환 입자들;
상기 파장 변환 입자들을 둘러싸고 일 방향으로 연장되는 수용부; 및
상기 수용부의 끝단에 배치되고, 상기 수용부의 내부를 밀봉하고, 무기 물질을 포함하는 밀봉부를 포함하는 광학 부재. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부는 상기 수용부 입구에 배치되고,
상기 밀봉부는 상기 수용부에 접합되는 광학 부재. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용부는 파이프 형상을 가지는 광학 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 물질은 금속 또는 글래스 프릿을 포함하는 광학 부재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부 및 상기 수용부 사이에 개재되는 버퍼층을 포함하는 광학 부재.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼층은 실리콘계 수지를 포함하는 광학 부재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 수용부는 유리를 포함하는 광학 부재.
- 광원;
상기 광원으로부터 출사되는 광의 파장을 변환시키는 파장 변환 부재; 및
상기 파장 변환 부재로부터 출사되는 광이 입사되는 표시패널을 포함하고,
상기 파장 변환 부재는
상기 광이 입사되는 다수 개의 파장 변환 입자들;
상기 파장 변환 입자들을 둘러싸고 일 방향으로 연장되는 수용부; 및
상기 수용부의 끝단에 배치되고, 상기 수용부의 내부를 밀봉하고, 무기 물질을 포함하는 밀봉부를 포함하는 표시장치. - 수용부 내에 다수 개의 파장 변환 입자들을 주입시키고,
상기 수용부의 입구에 무기 물질을 포함하는 밀봉부를 배치시키고,
상기 수용부 및 상기 밀봉부를 서로 접합시키는 것을 포함하는 광학 부재의 제조방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 수용부의 입구의 내부면에 유기 물질을 포함하는 전처리층이 형성되고,
상기 밀봉부는 상기 전처리층 상에 배치되는 광학 부재의 제조방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 수용부 및 상기 밀봉부는 레이저에 의해서 접합되는 광학 부재의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 수용부는 파이프 형상을 가지고,
상기 밀봉부는 상기 수용부의 내부면에 접합되는 광학 부재의 제조방법.
