Claims (15)
- groEL 유전자 또는 상기 유전자로부터 코딩되는 groEL 단백질을 포함하는 장염 비브리오균(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)을 종-특이적으로 검출하기 위한 마커용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 groEL 유전자는 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마커용 조성물. - groEL 유전자의 수준 또는 상기 유전자로부터 코딩되는 groEL 단백질의 수준을 측정하는 물질을 포함하는 장염 비브리오균(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)을 종-특이적으로 검출하기 위한 마커용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 groEL 유전자는 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마커용 조성물. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 groEL 유전자의 수준 또는 상기 유전자로부터 코딩되는 groEL 단백질의 수준은 서열번호 1 중 951~972번째 서열 또는 1438~1460번째 서열을 이용하여 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마커용 조성물. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 groEL 유전자의 수준을 측정하는 물질은 groEL 유전자를 증폭할 수 있는 프라이머 또는 프로브이고, 상기 groEL 단백질의 수준을 측정하는 물질은 groEL 단백질을 특이적으로 인식하는 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 마커용 조성물. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머는 서열번호 2 및 서열번호 3의 프라이머 쌍인 것을 특징으로 하는 마커용 조성물. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 100pg ~ 1ng의 장염 비브리오균 DNA 검출 민감도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마커용 조성물. - 샘플에 존재하는 groEL 유전자의 발현양 또는 상기 유전자로부터 코딩되는 groEL 단백질의 양을 측정하는 단계; 및
상기 단계의 측정결과를 대조군 샘플의 groEL 유전자의 발현양 또는 단백질의 양과 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 장염 비브리오균(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)의 종-특이적 검출방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 groEL 유전자의 발현양 또는 상기 유전자로부터 코딩되는 groEL 단백질의 양은 서열번호 1 중 951~972번째 서열 또는 1438~1460번째 서열을 이용하여 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장염 비브리오균의 종-특이적 검출방법. - 제9항에 있어서,

상기 측정은 역전사 중합효소 연쇄반응(reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction), 실시간 중합효소 연쇄반응(real time-polymerase chain reaction), 단일 중합효소 연쇄반응, 다중 중합효소 연쇄반응, 웨스턴 블럿, 노던 블럿, ELISA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay), 방사선면역분석(RIA: radioimmunoassay), 방사 면역 확산법(radioimmunodiffusion) 및 면역침전분석법(immunoprecipitation assay)으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 방법을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장염 비브리오균의 종-특이적 검출방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 장염 비브리오균(Vibrio parahaemolyticus) 검출키트.
