Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- a) 펜던트 자유-라디칼 중합성 에틸렌계 불포화 기를 갖는 아이소부틸렌 공중합체, b) 점착부여제(tackifier), 및 c) 광가교결합제를 포함하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펜던트 자유-라디칼 중합성 에틸렌계 불포화 기를 갖는 중합된 단량체 단위를 0 중량% 초과 내지 20 중량% 미만 포함하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 펜던트 자유-라디칼 중합성 에틸렌계 불포화 기를 갖는 중합된 단량체 단위는 아이소프렌 단량체 단위인 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자유-라디칼 중합성 에틸렌계 불포화 기는 알케닐 기인 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 100 중량부 당 상기 점착부여제를 0 초과 내지 150 중량부 포함하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 100 중량부 당 상기 점착부여제를 10 내지 100 중량부 포함하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광가교결합제는 알데히드; 케톤; 퀴논; 티오잔톤 및 발색단(chromophore)-치환된 비닐 할로메틸-sym-트라이아진 광가교결합제로부터 선택되는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 분자량 (Mw)은 50,000 내지 5,000,000인 접착제 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, Z는 알케닐-함유 기인 접착제 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, Q-Z는 하기 화학식의 구조인 접착제 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 접착제는 고온 용융 접착제(hot-melt adhesive)인 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펜던트 자유-라디칼 중합성 에틸렌계 불포화 기를 갖는 상기 아이소부틸렌 공중합체는 할로겐화 아이소부틸렌 공중합체를 친핵성 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물로 친핵성 치환시켜서 제조된 것인 접착제 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 친핵성 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물은 테르펜 알코올 또는 테르펜 산인 접착제 조성물.
