Claims (12)
- 산화티탄 함유 핵입자(A)와, 이것을 피복하는 층으로서 이산화규소/산화제2주석의 질량비가 0.1~5.0인 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 콜로이드 입자(B)로 이루어진 피복층을 가지며, 또한 상기 산화티탄 함유 핵입자(A)와 상기 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 콜로이드 입자(B)로 이루어진 피복층 사이에, Si, Al, Sn, Zr, Zn, Sb, Nb, Ta 및 W로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소의 산화물, 복합산화물, 또는 상기 산화물 및 상기 복합산화물의 혼합물 중 어느 1종으로 이루어진 중간박막층이 1층 이상 개재되어 이루어지는 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 피복 산화티탄 함유 금속 산화물 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화티탄 함유 핵입자(A) 중의 산화티탄 함유량이 TiO2환산으로 5~100질량%이고, 상기 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 콜로이드 입자(B)로 이루어진 피복층의 양이, 상기 산화티탄 함유 핵입자(A)의 질량에 대하여 0.01~1.0의 범위에 있는 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 피복 산화티탄 함유 금속 산화물 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 산화티탄 함유 핵입자(A)는, Si, Al, Sn, Zr, Zn, Sb, Nb, Ta 및 W로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 포함하는 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 피복 산화티탄 함유 금속 산화물 입자.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산화티탄 함유 핵입자(A)는, 결정형이 루틸형인 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 피복 산화티탄 함유 금속 산화물 입자.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
표면에 유기 규소 화합물 또는 아민계 화합물이 결합되어 있는 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 피복 산화티탄 함유 금속 산화물 입자.
- 분산매에 금속산화물 입자가 분산된 금속산화물 입자 분산졸에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물 입자는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 피복 산화티탄 함유 금속 산화물 입자이고, 상기 분산매는 물, 유기용매, 또는 물 및 유기용매의 혼합용매인 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 피복 산화티탄 함유 금속 산화물 입자 분산졸.
- 금속산화물 입자 및 매트릭스 형성 성분을 포함하는 투명피막 형성용 도포액에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물 입자가 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 피복 산화티탄 함유 금속 산화물 입자를 함유하고, 상기 매트릭스 형성 성분이 하기 식(I)로 표시되는 유기 규소 화합물, 상기 유기 규소 화합물의 가수분해물, 및 상기 가수분해물의 부분 축합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유하는 투명피막 형성용 도포액.

(식 중, R1은 탄소원자수 1~10의 탄화수소기, 비닐기, 메타크릴옥시기, 또는 메르캅토기, 아미노기 혹은 에폭시기를 갖는 유기기를 나타내고, R2는 탄소원자수 1~4의 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R3은 탄소원자수 1~8의 탄화수소기 또는 아실기를 나타내고, a, b는 0 또는 1을 나타낸다.)
- 금속산화물 입자 및 매트릭스 형성 성분을 포함하는 투명피막 형성용 도포액에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물 입자가 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 이산화규소-산화제2주석 복합산화물 피복 산화티탄 함유 금속 산화물 입자를 함유하고, 상기 매트릭스 형성 성분이, 열경화성 수지, 열가소성 수지, 및 자외선 경화성 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 수지를 함유하는 투명피막 형성용 도포액.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 매트릭스 형성 성분이, 폴리에스테르계 수지 또는 우레탄계 수지인 투명피막 형성용 도포액.
- 표면에, 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 투명피막 형성용 도포액을 이용하여 형성시킨 투명피막을 가지는 투명피막을 지닌 기재.
- 표면에, 제8항 또는 제9항에 기재된 투명피막 형성용 도포액을 이용하여 형성시킨 프라이머막을 가지고, 그 위에 제7항에 기재된 투명피막 형성용 도포액을 이용하여 형성시킨 하드코트막을 추가로 가지는 투명피막을 지닌 기재.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
상기 투명피막 또는 하드코트막 위에, 반사방지막을 추가로 가지는 투명피막을 지닌 기재.
