Abstract
● heteropolysaccharide를 교차결합하여 단일 교차결합 물질을 형성하여 상호 침투 고분자 그물 (IPN)를 갖는 생체 적합성의 가교 고분자를 형성하는 방법
● 단일 교차결합 물질에 추가로 교차결합을 실시하여 다중 교차결합 물질을 형성하는 방법. 이중 다중 교차 결합 물질은 단일 교차 결합 물질에 비하여 생분해에 오래가게 만드는 하나 이상의 IPN부위를 포함하며, 또한 복수의 단일 교차 결합 익스텐션을 가진 하나 이상의 IPN부위를 가지게 되어 이가지 부위의 의 조합은 생분해 방지, 부드러움 촉감, 체내 주입 용이등의 특징을 제공한다.

- 상호관통고분자구조(IPN)의 생체 적합성 교차결합 고분자 제조 방법에 있어서:
Heteropolysaccharide를 교차 결합하여 하나의 교차결합 물질을 만드는 단계; 및
단일 교차 결합 물질에 하나 이상의 추가 교차결합을 실시하여 다중 교차결합물질을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
다중교차결합 물질은 하나 이상의 IPN 영역을 포함하여 생체 분해가 되지 않고 오래 체내에 존재하며, 하나 이상의 단일 교차결합 물질이 IPN밖으로 뻣어나와, IPN과 뻣어 나온 익스텐션이 다음 중 하나이상의 장점을 제공하고, 생체 분해를 저지, 만질때의 부드러운 느낌, 인체 주입시 용이한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 생체 적합성 교차결합 고분자를 최소 침습적으로 주입하는 것을 포함하는 방법

상기 2상태는 다음과 같다.
제 1상은 입자로 된 생체 적합성 젤상이고, 상기한 젤상은 화학적으로 교차결합된glycosaminoglycan을 포함하거나, 상기glycosaminoglycan이 다당류와 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 다른 고분자와 화학적으로 공동 교차결합하고, 상기 젤상이 생리학적으로 허용되는 수성 매체 중에 팽창되어 제 2상에 균일하게 분포된다.
상기 제 2상은 위에서 언급한 생리학적으로 허용되는 수성 매체 안에서 polysaccharides, polyvinylpyrrolidone 및 poly ethyleneoxide 로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 친수성 생체 적합성고분자 용액을 포함한다.
2 상 혼합물의 고분자 용액은 0.01%에서 99.5%까지로 구성되며, 젤상은 보강되어야 하는 생체 부분의 나머지부분을 구성하게 된다. - 제1항에 있어서, 구성물에 생체 적합성을 위해 물질을 추가하는 것을 포함하는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 생분해 가능한 고분자의 조직 매트릭스 사이로 균일하게 약물을 분비하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 약물을 코어 쉘 구조에 수납하고 약 방출이 확산 및 용해성에 근거하는 것을 포함하는 청구항 1에 기재된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비구조적인 드럭 딜리버리 고분자 부터 생분해 가능한 나사못이나 앵커를 포함한 다양한 응용분야에서 요구되는 기계적인 능력이나 생분해 속도를 맞출 수 있는polylactide (PLA), polyglycolide (PGA) 혹은 PLA/PGA 의 중합고분자와 같은 약물을 수납할 수 있는 고분자를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자의 분해 속도와 고분자 매트릭스에서 확산하는 약의 속도와 같은 속도로 생물 환경 약제를 방출하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약물 담체 고분자 조성물 및 충전제 고분자 조성물을 소정의 비율로 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마취약, 리도카인, 급성 염증 반응을 감소 시키거나 제거하는 합성물, 스테로이드 · 코르티코 스테로이드 덱사메타손 · 트리암시놀론로 이루어진 물질군에서 선택되는 조성물: 이중 하나를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서방성 물질 또는 급속 확산 물질을 제공하는 것을 포함하는 청구항 1에 기재된 방법.
- 가볍게 교차결합된 첫번째 고분자의 첫번째 부분;
가볍게 교차결합된 하나 이상의 익스텐션이 첫번째 교차결합된 센터에 중첩하여 붙어 있는고분자의 두번째 부분; 및
가볍게 교차결합된 하나 이상의 익스텐션이 두번째 교차결합된 센터에 중첩하여 붙어 있는고분자의 세번째 부분;을 포함하고,
가볍게 교차결합된 익스텐션이 작은 게이지 바늘을 통한 주입을 용이하게 하며, 두번 이상의 교차결합된 가운데 부분이 생분해에 오래 가도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제21항에 있어서, 고분자가 콜라겐, 히알루 론산, 셀룰로오스, 단백질, 다당류, 생물 체계의 세포 외 매트릭스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 고분자가, 프리 래디칼 포착제 및/또는 항산화 물질 및/또는 비타민 및/또는 효소 억제제 중 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 21에 기재된 조성물.
