Claims (10)
- 주성분을 Al로 하며, Si : 0~2wt%(0은 제외), Fe : 0~0.15wt%(0은 제외), Cu : 0.5~1wt%, Mn : 0.03~0.2wt%, Mg : 0.8~1.2wt%, Cr : 0.05~0.35wt%, Zn : 0.2~0.6wt%, Ti : 0.01~0.1wt%, Sr : 0.001~0.05wt%, P : 0~0.001wt%(0은 불포함) 및 기타 불가결한 불순물을 포함하는 조성으로 구성된 알루미늄휠.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄휠은 경동식 중력주조를 통해 림부위(180)에서부터 용탕(200)이 주입되어 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄휠. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄휠은 아노다이징 처리 후 컬러 도장된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄휠. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄휠은 외부로 노출되는 최외곽의 디자인면(340)이 아노다이징 처리 후 컬러 도장된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄휠. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄휠은 컬러 도장된 후, 외부로 노출되는 최외곽의 디자인면(340)의 도장이 제거되고 아노다이징 처리 후 다시 컬러 도장된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄휠. - 주성분을 Al로 하며, Si : 0~2wt%(0은 제외), Fe : 0~0.15wt%(0은 제외), Cu : 0.5~1wt%, Mn : 0.03~0.2wt%, Mg : 0.8~1.2wt%, Cr : 0.05~0.35wt%, Zn : 0.2~0.6wt%, Ti : 0.01~0.1wt%, Sr : 0.001~0.05wt%, P : 0~0.001wt%(0은 불포함) 및 기타 불가결한 불순물을 포함하는 조성의 알루미늄합금 용탕을 준비하는 준비단계(S100); 및
주조금형을 통해 알루미늄휠을 제조하는 주조단계(S200);를 포함하는 알루미늄휠 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 주조단계(S200)는 경동식 중력주조기를 통해 주조하며, 알루미늄휠 금형 중 림부위에서부터 용탕을 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄휠 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 주조단계(S200)는, 제조된 알루미늄휠을 아노다이징 처리하고 컬러 도장하는 도장단계(S300);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄휠 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 주조단계(S200)는, 제조된 알루미늄휠을 컬러 도장된 후, 외부로 노출되는 최외곽의 디자인면의 도장을 제거하고 아노다이징 처리 후 다시 컬러 도장하는 도장단계(S300);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄휠 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 주조단계(S200)는, 외부로 노출되는 최외곽의 디자인면을 아노다이징 처리한 후 컬러 도장하는 도장단계(S300);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄휠 제조방법.
