열이 스트림 S1) 및/또는 스트림 S2)으로부터 간접 열교환에 의해 회수되고 열 전달을 위한 보조의 매질의 사용없이 가열될 스트림으로 전달되는,
포화 C3-C20-알콜 제조에서의 열 집적 방법.
b1) 단계 a)로부터의 n-부티르알데히드의 대부분을 포함하는 스트림이 수소의 존재 하에 수소화 구역 H1)에서 수소화되고,
c1) 임의로, 액체 스트림 S1c1)이 수소화 구역 H1)으로부터 취출되고, 상기 스트림이 단계 a)에서 분류되는 n-부티르알데히드/이소부티르알데히드 혼합물과 함께 열교환기에 통과되고 후속적으로 스트림이 수소화 구역 H1)으로 재순환됨으로써 상기 스트림으로부터 열이 회수되고,

c2) 임의로, 액체 스트림 S1c2)이 수소화 구역 H2)으로부터 취출되고, 상기 스트림이 단계 a)에서 분류되는 n-부티르알데히드/이소부티르알데히드 혼합물과 함께 열교환기에 통과되고 후속적으로 스트림이 수소화 구역 H2)으로 재순환됨으로써 상기 스트림으로부터 열이 회수되고,
d2) 배출물이 수소화 구역 H2)으로부터 취출되고 1개 이상의 증류 칼럼에서 증류되어 이소부탄올이 농축된 분획이 수득되고,
e2) 임의로, 기체상 스트림 S2e2)이 1개 이상의 증류 칼럼의 상부에서 취출되며, 상기 스트림이 단계 a)에서 분류되는 n-부티르알데히드/이소부티르알데히드 혼합물과 함께 열교환기에 통과되고 임의로 이후 스트림이 증류로 재순환됨으로써 상기 스트림으로부터 열이 회수되되,
단, 단계 c1), e1), c2) 또는 e2) 중 하나 이상이 필수적으로 제공되는,
n-부탄올 및/또는 이소부탄올 제조에서의 열 집적 방법.
