Abstract
카야니 섬유 길이 측정기에 있어서의 수 평균 섬유 길이와 수 평균 섬유 폭의 곱이 0.004㎟ 미만인 분말 펄프와 알칼리 금속 수산화물을 접촉시켜 알칼리셀룰로오스를 얻는 공정과, 상기 알칼리셀룰로오스와 에테르화제를 반응시켜 조 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르를 얻는 공정과, 상기 조 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르를 정제하는 공정과, 상기 정제된 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스를 건조하는 공정과, 건조된 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르를 분쇄하여 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르 분말을 얻는 공정과, 상기 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르 분말을 해중합 처리하여 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르를 얻는 공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르의 제조 방법 등을 제공한다.

Claims (7)
- 카야니(Kajaani) 섬유 길이 측정기에 있어서의 수 평균 섬유 길이와 수 평균 섬유 폭의 곱이 0.004㎟ 미만인 분말 펄프와 알칼리 금속 수산화물을 접촉시켜 알칼리셀룰로오스를 얻는 공정과,
상기 알칼리셀룰로오스와 에테르화제를 반응시켜 조(粗) 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르를 얻는 공정과,
상기 조 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르를 정제하는 공정과,
상기 정제된 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스를 건조하는 공정과,
건조된 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르를 분쇄하여 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르 분말을 얻는 공정과,
상기 고중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르 분말을 해중합 처리하여 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르를 얻는 공정
을 포함하여 이루어지는, 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말 펄프가 유칼립투스를 유래로 하는, 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말 펄프가, 고유 점도가 900ml/g 미만인 펄프를 분쇄한 것인, 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말 펄프가 70 내지 300g/l의 이완 벌크 밀도를 갖는, 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말 펄프가, 로탑식 체 진탕기(ro-top sieve shaker)를 사용한 체 분류법에 의해 측정되는 중량 평균 입자 직경 D50으로서 250㎛ 이하를 갖는, 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 얻어진 저중합도 셀룰로오스에테르의 20℃에 있어서의 2질량% 수용액의 점도가 20mPa·s 이하인, 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르의 제조 방법의 각 공정을 포함하고, 얻어진 저중합도 수용성 셀룰로오스에테르를 용매에 용해하는 공정을 적어도 더 포함하는, 필름 코팅용 조성물의 제조 방법.
