Claims (16)
- - 열가소성 중간 층 (4)을 통해 서로 면-대-면 접합된 제1 판유리 (1) 및 제2 판유리 (2),
- 적어도 제1 판유리 (1)의 내부-측 표면 (I) 상의 하나 이상의 전기 전도성 코팅 (3),
- 전기 전도성 코팅 (3)의 영역 상의 1개 이상의 버스바 (5), 및
- 버스바 (5)의 하나 이상의 영역 상의 1개 이상의 전기 전도성 접촉 스트립 (6)
을 적어도 포함하며, 여기서 접촉 스트립 (6)은 하나 이상의 전기 공급 라인 (7)에 연결되고, 접촉 스트립 (6)의 하나 이상의 영역은 버스바 (5)와 직접 접촉하는 것인, 전기 접촉 수단을 갖는 복합 판유리. - 제1항에 있어서, 버스바 (5)와 접촉 스트립 (6)의 영역 사이에 기계적 연결, 특히 납땜 화합물 또는 접착제를 통한 연결이 없는 복합 판유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접촉 스트립 (6)이 전기 전도성 호일의 스트립으로서 구현되고, 10 μm 내지 500 μm, 바람직하게는 15 μm 내지 200 μm의 두께를 갖고, 구리, 주석도금 구리, 은, 금, 알루미늄, 아연, 텅스텐 및/또는 주석을 적어도 함유하는 것인 복합 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 스트립 (6)이 10 mm 내지 100 mm, 바람직하게는 20 mm 내지 60 mm의 길이 (LK) 및 2 mm 내지 40 mm, 바람직하게는 5 mm 내지 30 mm의 폭 (BK)을 갖는 것인 복합 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 스트립 (6)의 길이 (LK)가 버스바 (5)의 길이 (LS)의 80% 내지 120%, 바람직하게는 90% 내지 110%인 복합 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 스트립 (6)이 버스바 (5)와 직접 전체-표면 접촉하는 것인 복합 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 스트립 (6)이 버스바 (5)보다 큰 폭을 갖는 것인 복합 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 스트립 (6)이, 바람직하게는 접촉 스트립 (6)과 일체형으로 구현된 전기 연결 부재 (10)를 통해 전기 공급 라인 (7)에 연결되는 것인 복합 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 스트립 (6)이 접착 스트립 (8)에 의해 버스바 (5) 상에 고정되는 것인 복합 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 스트립 (6)과 제2 판유리 (2) 사이에, 적어도 1종의 중합체, 적어도 1종의 금속 또는 적어도 1종의 합금을 함유하고 200 μm 이상의 두께를 갖는 압력 부재 (9)가 배열되는 것인 복합 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 버스바 (5)가, 은 입자를 함유하는 소성된 스크린 인쇄 페이스트로서 구현되고, 5 μm 내지 40 μm, 바람직하게는 8 μm 내지 20 μm의 두께 및 바람직하게는 2 mm 내지 30 mm, 특히 바람직하게는 4 mm 내지 20 mm의 폭 (BS)을 갖는 것인 복합 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 공급 라인 (7)이 호일 전도체로서 구현되고, 바람직하게는 납땜 화합물 또는 전기 전도성 접착제에 의해 접촉 스트립 (6)에 연결되는 것인 복합 판유리.
- (a) 전기 전도성 코팅 (3)을 제1 판유리 (1)의 하나의 표면 (I) 상에 적용하는 공정 단계,
(b) 1개 이상의 버스바 (5)를 전기 전도성 코팅 (3)의 영역 상에 적용하는 공정 단계,
(c) 열가소성 중간 층 (4)을 제1 판유리 (1)의 표면 (I) 상에 배열하고, 제2 판유리 (2)를 열가소성 중간 층 (4) 상에 배열하고, 전기 공급 라인 (7)에 연결된 1개 이상의 전기 전도성 접촉 스트립 (6)을 배열하여 접촉 스트립 (6)의 하나 이상의 영역이 버스바 (5)와 직접 접촉하도록 하는 공정 단계, 및
