Abstract

Claims (18)
- 폴리아크릴산(염)계 흡수성 수지를 주성분으로 하는 입자상 흡수제이며, 친수성 고분자 화합물 및 안정화제를 함유하고, 상기 폴리아크릴산(염)계 흡수성 수지는 표면 가교된 폴리아크릴산(염)계 흡수성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기계적 처리 후의 분진량이 30mg/kg 미만이며, 60℃에서 3주일의 열처리 후의 분진량이 30mg/kg 미만인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 고분자 화합물의 함유량이 상기 폴리아크릴산(염)계 흡수성 수지 100질량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 5.0질량부인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제의 함유량이 상기 폴리아크릴산(염)계 흡수성 수지에 대하여 0.01 내지 10질량ppm인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비고분자 수용성 화합물을 더 포함하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다가 금속 양이온을 더 포함하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 계면 활성제를 더 포함하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한 함수율이 1 내지 15질량%인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가압하 수직 확산 흡수량이 30g 이상인 입자상 흡수제.
- 아크릴산(염)을 주성분으로 하는 수용성 불포화 단량체의 중합 공정, 건조 공정, 표면 가교 공정을 포함하는, 폴리아크릴산(염)계 흡수성 수지를 주성분으로 하는 입자상 흡수제의 제조 방법이며, 상기 표면 가교 공정 후에, 친수성 고분자 화합물을 첨가하는 공정 및 안정화제를 첨가하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 흡수제의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 고분자 화합물을 첨가하는 공정 및 상기 안정화제를 첨가하는 공정이 동시에 행하여지는 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 고분자 화합물을 첨가하는 공정 및 상기 안정화제를 첨가하는 공정이, 상기 친수성 고분자 화합물과 상기 안정화제를 포함한 수용액이 첨가됨으로써 행하여지는 제조 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 건조 공정 후에 비고분자 수용성 화합물을 혼합하는 공정을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조 공정 후 표면 가교 공정 전에, 분쇄 공정; 또는 분쇄 공정 및 분급 공정을 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조 공정 후에 다가 금속 양이온 및/또는 수불용성 미립자를 첨가하는 공정을 더 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조 공정 후에 계면 활성제를 첨가하는 공정을 더 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조 공정 후의 흡수성 수지에 대하여 물을 1 내지 15질량% 첨가하는 공정을 더 갖는 제조 방법.
- 밀폐 용기 중에 입자상 흡수제를 60℃에서 3주일 보존함으로써, 상기 입자상 흡수제를 열처리하는 공정과,
상기 열처리 후의 분진량을 측정하여, 상기 입자상 흡수제의 경시적인 분진량 증가를 평가하는 공정을 포함하는, 입자상 흡수제의 경시적인 분진량 증가를 평가하는 방법.
