Claims (7)
- 제1 펌프, 제2 펌프, 탱크, 및, 복수의 액추에이터에 접속되는 건설 기계용 유압 회로이며,
상기 제1 펌프에 접속되는 제1 언로드 통로와,

상기 제1 펌프 또는 상기 제2 펌프로부터 상기 액추에이터에 오일을 공급하고, 상기 액추에이터로부터 배출된 오일을 상기 탱크에 배출하고, 복수의 상기 액추에이터 각각에 접속되는 방향 전환 밸브와,
상기 제1 언로드 통로의 최하류부의 제1 압력 검지부에서 검지된 압력 및 상기 제2 언로드 통로의 최하류부의 제2 압력 검지부에서 검지된 압력 중, 낮은 쪽의 압력을 네거티브 컨트롤압으로서 출력하는 네거티브 컨트롤압 검지부와,
상기 네거티브 컨트롤압 검지부로부터 출력되는 상기 네거티브 컨트롤압에 따라서, 상기 제1 펌프 및 상기 제2 펌프 각각의 토출량을 연동시켜 제어하는 레귤레이터와,
복수의 상기 액추에이터의 일부를 구성하는 재생 대상 액추에이터에 접속되는 재생 통로와,
상기 재생 대상 액추에이터에 접속되는 검지압 상승 통로를 구비하고,
상기 방향 전환 밸브는, 상기 제2 펌프의 토출유를 상기 재생 대상 액추에이터에 공급하는 재생 대상 전환 밸브를 구비하고,
상기 재생 통로는, 상기 재생 대상 액추에이터로부터 배출된 재생 대상 배출유를, 상기 제2 펌프의 토출유가 공급됨으로써 작동하는 상기 액추에이터에 공급하는 압유 재생을 행하고,
상기 검지압 상승 통로는, 상기 압유 재생이 행해질 때에, 상기 제1 압력 검지부보다도 상류측의 상기 제1 언로드 통로, 또는, 상기 제2 압력 검지부보다도 상류측의 상기 제2 언로드 통로에 상기 재생 대상 배출유의 일부를 공급하는, 건설 기계용 유압 회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 검지압 상승 통로는, 상기 압유 재생이 행해질 때에, 상기 제1 압력 검지부보다도 상류측의 상기 제1 언로드 통로에 상기 재생 대상 배출유의 일부를 공급하는 제1 검지압 상승 통로를 구비하는, 건설 기계용 유압 회로. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 검지압 상승 통로는, 상기 압유 재생이 행해질 때에, 상기 제2 압력 검지부보다도 상류측의 상기 제2 언로드 통로에 상기 재생 대상 배출유의 일부를 공급하는 제2 검지압 상승 통로를 구비하는, 건설 기계용 유압 회로. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 검지압 상승 통로는, 상기 재생 대상 전환 밸브의 밸브 내에 배치되는, 건설 기계용 유압 회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 재생 대상 전환 밸브는, 붐용 방향 전환 밸브 또는 아암용 방향 전환 밸브인, 건설 기계용 유압 회로. - 제2항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 방향 전환 밸브는,
상기 재생 대상 전환 밸브인 아암용 방향 전환 밸브와,
상기 아암용 방향 전환 밸브보다도 하류측에 배치되는 붐용 방향 전환 밸브를 구비하고,
상기 붐용 방향 전환 밸브는,
붐을 하강시킬 때에 선택되어, 상기 제1 언로드 통로를 연통 상태로 하는 붐 하강 위치와,
붐을 상승시킬 때에 선택되어, 상기 제1 언로드 통로를 차단하거나 또는 교축하는 붐 상승 위치를 구비하는, 건설 기계용 유압 회로. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 검지압 상승 통로는, 상기 압유 재생이 행해질 때에, 상기 제2 압력 검지부보다도 상류측의 상기 제2 언로드 통로에 상기 재생 대상 배출유의 일부를 공급하는, 건설 기계용 유압 회로.
