도 2는 본 발명에 따른 인슐린 아날로그의 순도를 역상 크로마토그래피 및 크기 배제 크로마토그래피로 분석한 결과로서, 대표적으로 인슐린 아날로그 1에 대한 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 인슐린 아날로그의 펩타이드 지도화 분석 결과로서, 대표적으로 인슐린 아날로그 1에 대한 결과이다. 도 3에서 "USP 인슐린"은 대조군으로 사용된 천연형 인슐린을 의미한다.

d-1) 배양액으로부터 형질전환체 세포를 수확하여 파쇄하는 단계;
d-2) 파쇄된 세포 용해물로부터 발현된 인슐린 아날로그 펩티드를 회수하여 리폴딩하는 단계;
d-3) 리폴딩된 인슐린 아날로그 펩티드를 양이온 결합 크로마토그래피로 정제하는 단계;
d-4) 정제된 인슐린 아날로그 펩티드를 트립신 및 카복시펩티다제 B로 처리하는 단계;
d-5) 처리된 인슐린 아날로그 펩티드를 양이온 결합 크로마토그래피 및 음이온 결합 크로마토그래피로 순차적으로 정제하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 유효성분으로서 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 인슐린 아날로그 펩티드와, 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 포함하는 당뇨병 치료용 약학적 조성물.
