Claims (20)
- 데이터 신호에 기초하여 발광하는 화소 및 상기 화소가 배치되는 활성 영역을 포함하는 표시 패널; 및
상기 활성 영역을 투과하는 제1 적외선 광을 송신하고, 상기 활성 영역을 투과한 제2 적외선 광을 수신하여 외부의 객체를 인식하는 적외선 센싱 모듈을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 센싱 모듈은 상기 표시 패널의 일면 상에 위치하고, 상기 표시 패널의 상기 일면에 수직하는 제1 방향으로 상기 제1 적외선 광을 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 적외선 광은 상기 제1 적외선 광이 상기 객체에 의해 반사된 반사광을 포함하고,
상기 적외선 센싱 모듈은 상기 제2 적외선 광의 변화에 기초하여 상기 객체를 인식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 센싱 모듈은 근접 센서, 제스처 센서 및 지문 인식 센서 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.

주사 신호를 생성하는 주사 구동부; 및
외부 장치로부터 제공된 영상 데이터에 기초하여 상기 데이터 신호를 생성하는 데이터 구동부를 더 포함하고,
상기 화소는,
제1 전원전압 및 제2 전원전압 사이에 연결되는 발광 소자;
제1 노드의 제1 노드 전압에 응답하여 상기 발광 소자에 흐르는 구동 전류를 제어하는 제1 트랜지스터;
상기 주사신호에 응답하여 상기 제1 노드에 데이터 신호를 전송하는 제2 트랜지스터; 및
상기 제1 노드에 연결되어 상기 데이터 신호를 저장하는 저장 커패시터를 포함하며,
상기 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터는 상기 제1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서, 제1 누설 전류는 상기 제1 적외선 광이 상기 활성 영역에 입사되는 경우 턴 오프 상태의 상기 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터에 흐르고,
제2 누설 전류는 자연광이 상기 활성 영역에 입사되는 경우 턴 오프 상태의 상기 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터에 흐르며,
상기 제1 적외선 광의 상기 제1 파장은 상기 제1 누설 전류 및 상기 제2 누설 전류간의 차이를 기준 값보다 작거나 같도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 센싱 모듈은,
상기 제1 적외선 광을 발하는 적외선 발광 소자; 및
상기 제2 적외선 광의 세기를 측정하여 측정 신호를 출력하는 적외선 센싱 소자; 및
상기 측정 신호의 변화에 기초하여 상기 객체를 인식하는 적외선 센싱 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 센싱 모듈은,
상기 제1 적외선 광을 모아서 출력하는 집광 렌즈를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 센싱 모듈은,
제3 적외선 광을 발하는 적외선 발광 소자;
제3 적외선 광 중 상기 제1 적외선 광을 통과시키는 제1 적외선 투과 필터;
상기 제2 적외선 광의 세기를 측정하여 측정 신호를 출력하는 적외선 센싱 소자; 및
상기 측정 신호의 변화에 기초하여 상기 객체를 인식하는 적외선 센싱 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 센싱 모듈은,
상기 제2 적외선 광 중 상기 제1 적외선 광의 파장과 동일한 파장을 가지는 제4 적외선 광을 통과시키는 제2 적외선 투과 필터를 더 포함하고,
상기 적외선 센싱 소자는 상기 제4 적외선 광의 세기를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표시 패널은 상기 제1 적외선 광이 입사되는 제1 영역을 포함하고,
상기 제1 영역의 제1 화소 밀도는 제2 영역의 제2 화소 밀도보다 낮으며,
상기 제2 영역은 상기 제1 영역과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 영역은 상기 제2 영역의 투과율보다 높은 투과율을 가지는 투과 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 데이터 신호에 기초하여 발광하는 화소 및 상기 화소가 배치되는 활성 영역을 포함하는 표시 패널; 및
상기 활성 영역을 투과하는 제1 적외선 광을 송신하고, 상기 활성 영역을 투과하는 제2 적외선 광을 수신하여 외부의 객체를 인식하는 적외선 센싱 모듈을 포함하고,
상기 화소는 상기 데이터 신호에 응답하여 동작하는 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터를 포함하며, 상기 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터의 턴 오프 상태에서 상기 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터에 흐르는 전류는 상기 활성 영역에 입사되는 광의 파장의 변화에 따라 변화하되,
상기 제1 적외선 광은 상기 전류의 변화율을 기준 값보다 작거나 같게 하는 제1 파장을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 센싱 모듈은 근접 센서, 제스처 센서 및 지문 인식 센서 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 트랜지스터는 실리콘을 함유하고,
상기 제1 적외선 광의 상기 제1 파장은 상기 실리콘이 흡수하는 광의 파장 대역을 벗어난 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 적외선의 상기 제1 파장은 1200nm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 적외선의 상기 제1 파장은 1300nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
