Claims (20)
- 시스템으로서,
네트워크 기반 시스템의 지리적 영역 내에 배치가능한 적어도 하나의 이동국 - 상기 이동국은 상기 지리적 영역 내에 위치한, 상기 네트워크 기반 시스템에 접속된 인구의 구성원을 둘러싸는 지오펜스의 경계의 정의를 가능하게 함 - 과,
적어도 하나의 모듈을 포함하되,
상기 적어도 하나의 모듈은, 하나 이상의 컴퓨터 프로세서 상에서,
상기 적어도 하나의 이동국을 통해, 상기 지리적 영역 내의 상기 인구의 복수의 구성원와 관련된 상황 정보 또는 지리적 위치 데이터를 수신하는 것과,
상기 인구 중 적어도 두 명의 구성원을 포함하는 상기 지오펜스의 제 1 경계를 정의하는 기초로서, 수신된 상황 정보 내에서 상기 적어도 두 명의 구성원과 관련된 공통 요소를 식별하는 것 - 상기 공통 요소는 사전식별되지 않고, 제 1 상황 정보와 제 2 상황 정보의 비교에 기반하여 식별됨 - 과,
상기 지오펜스의 제 1 경계를 정의하는 것
을 적어도 포함하는 동작을 수행하는
시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 동작은, 수신된 상기 제 1 상황 정보 또는 제 2 상황 정보에 포함된 상기 공통 요소의 양상(an aspect)을 모니터링하는 것 및 상기 양상의 변화에 기초하여 상기 지오펜스의 경계를 조정하는 것을 더 포함하는
시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 동작은, 제 1 사용자 또는 제 2 사용자의 지오로케이션을 모니터링하는 것 및 상기 지오로케이션의 변화에 기초하여 상기 지오펜스의 경계를 조정하는 것을 더 포함하는
시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 동작은, 상기 정의된 지오펜스 내에 포함될, 상기 네트워크 기반 시스템에 접속된 구성원의 인구 크기를 식별하는 것을 더 포함하되,
상기 인구 크기는 상기 인구 중 적어도 하나의 구성원과 관련하여 수신된 성황 정보 및 제 1 사용자 또는 제 2 사용자와 관련하여 수신된 상황 정보 내의 상기 공통 요소의 식별에 기초하는
시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 사용자 및 상기 제 2 사용자는 상기 인구에 포함되는
시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 지오펜스의 경계는 상기 적어도 하나의 구성원의 지오로케이션에 기초하여 정의되는
시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 동작은, 상기 제 1 사용자 또는 상기 제 2 사용자 또는 상기 적어도 하나의 구성원과 관련된 상황 정보를 모니터링하는 것 및 상기 상황 정보의 변화 또는 상기 지오펜스에 포함될 원하는 인구 크기에 기초하여 상기 지오펜스의 경계를 재정의하는 것을 더 포함하는
시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 동작은, 상기 지오로케이션의 식별된 변화, 또는 상기 인구의 적어도 하나의 구성원 또는 상기 제 1 사용자 또는 상기 제 2 사용자와 관련된 상황 정보에 기초하여 상기 지오펜스의 경계를 재정의하는 것을 더 포함하는
시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 동작은, 상기 인구에 적어도 하나의 새로운 구성원을 포함하도록 상기 지오펜스의 경계를 재정의하는 것을 더 포함하되,
상기 적어도 하나의 새로운 구성원을 포함하는 것은, 상기 적어도 하나의 새로운 구성원의 지오로케이션, 또는 상기 적어도 하나의 새로운 구성원과 관련하여 수신된 상황 정보 및 상기 인구의 적어도 하나의 다른 구성원과 관련된 상황 정보 내의 공통 요소의 식별에 기초하는
시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 동작은, 제 1 사용자 또는 제 2 사용자와 관련된 상황 정보 또는 지오로케이션을 모니터링하는 것과, 상기 네트워크 기반 시스템의 지리적 영역 내에서의 상기 제 1 사용자나 상기 제 2 사용자의 이동 또는 상기 제 1 사용자 또는 상기 제 2 사용자와 관련된 상황 정보의 식별된 변화에 기초하여 상기 지오펜스의 경계를 동적으로 재정의하는 것을 더 포함하는
시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 동작은, 제 1 사용자 지오로케이션과 제 2 사용자의 지오로케이션 사이의 사전결정된 거리에 기초하여 상기 지오펜스의 경계를 정의하는 것을 더 포함하는
시스템.
- 이동국을 통해, 지리적 영역 내의 인구의 복수의 구성원과 관련된 상황 정보 또는 지리적 위치 데이터를 수신하는 단계와,
상기 인구 중 적어도 두 명의 구성원을 포함하는 지오펜스의 제 1 경계를 정의하는 기초로서, 수신된 상황 정보 내에서 상기 적어도 두 명의 구성원과 관련된 공통 요소를 식별하는 단계 - 상기 공통 요소는 사전 식별되지 않고 제 1 상황 정보와 제 2 상황 정보의 비교에 기반하여 식별됨 - 와,
상기 지오펜스의 상기 제 1 경계를 정의하는 단계를 포함하는
