Claims (60)
- 브론즈 유리측 반사 착색을 가지며, 유리 기판에 의해 지지되는 층상 시스템을 포함하는 코팅된 물품으로서,
상기 층상 시스템은,
실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 제1 유전체층;
적어도 상기 실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 제1 유전체층 위에 유리 기판 상에 NbZr을 포함하는 제1 적외선(IR) 반사층;
적어도 상기 실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 제1 유전체층 및 상기 NbZr을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 위에 유리 기판 상에 실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 제2 유전체층;
적어도 상기 실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 제2 유전체층 위에 유리 기판 상에 NbZr을 포함하는 제2층 IR 반사층;
적어도 상기 NbZr을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층 위에 유리 기판 상에 실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 제3 유전체층;을 포함하고,
상기 코팅된 물품은 유리측 가시광선 반사율이 15% 이하이고,
상기 코팅된 물품은, 유리측/외부 a* 색상 값이 -2.0 내지 +16.0, 유리측/외부 b* 색상 값이 0 내지 +20인 유리측/외부 반사 브론즈 착색을 가지며, 또한 (i) 모놀리식으로 측정되는 경우, SF 값이 0.31 이하, SHGC 값이 0.36 이하이고, 및/또는 (ii) 2개의 유리 기판을 갖는 절연 유리(IG) 윈도우 유닛의 경우, SF 값이 0.22 이하, SHGC 값이 0.25 이하인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 유리측/외부 b* 값이 +2.0 내지 +15.0인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 유리측/외부 b* 값이 +4.0 내지 +12.0인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 유리측/외부 a* 값이 0 내지 +10.0인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 제2 유전체층은 상기 NbZr을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 및 제2 IR 반사층과 접촉하여, 제1 IR 반사층과 제2 IR 반사층 사이에 직접 배치되는 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 NbZr을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 및 제2 IR 반사층 중 적어도 하나는 나이트라이드화되는 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 NbZr을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 및 제2 IR 반사층 각각은 NbZrNx을 포함하는 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 IR 반사층 및 제2 IR 반사층 각각은 원자 퍼센트를 기준으로 할 때 Zr보다 더 많은 Nb를 포함하는 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 열 처리되고, 열 처리 후에 및/또는 열 처리에 기인하여 ΔE* 값(유리측 반사)이 3.0 이하인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 가시광선 투과율이 10-20%인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 가시광선 투과율이 12-17%인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 Ag 및/또는 Au에 기초한 금속성 적외선(IR) 반사층을 갖지 않는 것인, 코팅된 물품.

상기 코팅된 물품은 IG 윈도우 유닛을 포함하는 것인, 코팅된 물품.

상기 코팅은 오직 2개의 IR 반사층을 포함하고, 상기 실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 제1 유전체층, 상기 NbZr을 포함하는 제1 적외선(IR) 반사층, 상기 실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 제2 유전체층, 상기 NbZr을 포함하는 제2층 IR 반사층, 및 상기 실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 제3 유전체층, 및 임의로 지르코늄의 산화물을 포함하는 오버코트층으로 필수적으로 이루어진 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유전체층은 상기 제2 유전체층 및 제3 유전체층 각각보다 적어도 150 Å 더 얇은 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 유전체층/제1 유전체층의 두께 비는 적어도 2, 더욱 바람직하게는 적어도 3, 가장 바람직하게는 적어도 4인 것인, 코팅된 물품.

상기 지르코늄의 산화물을 포함하는 오버코트와 접촉하여, 오버코트 아래에 실리콘 옥시나이트라이드를 포함하는 층이 배치되는 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅은 지르코늄의 산화물을 포함하는 오버코트층을 포함하고,
상기 지르코늄의 산화물을 포함하는 오버코트와 접촉하여, 오버코트 아래에 지르코늄 실리콘 옥시나이트라이드를 포함하는 층이 배치되는 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 (i) 모놀리식으로 측정되는 경우, SF 값이 0.30 이하, SHGC 값이 0.35 이하이고, 및/또는 (ii) 2개의 유리 기판을 갖는 절연 유리(IG) 윈도우 유닛의 경우, SF 값이 0.21 이하인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제29항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 모놀리식으로 측정된 필름측 반사 a* 값이 -15 내지 +15인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제30항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 유리측 가시광선 반사율이 15% 이하인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 유리측 가시광선 반사율이 11% 이하인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 브론즈 유리측 반사 착색을 가지며, 유리 기판에 의해 지지되는 층상 시스템을 포함하는 코팅된 물품으로서,
상기 층상 시스템은,
질소를 포함하는 제1 유전체층;
적어도 상기 제1 유전체층 위에 유리 기판 상에 제1 적외선(IR) 반사층;
적어도 상기 제1 유전체층 및 제1 IR 반사층 위에 유리 기판 상에 질소를 포함하는 제2 유전체층;
적어도 상기 제2 유전체층 위에 유리 기판 상에 제2층 IR 반사층;
적어도 상기 제2 IR 반사층 위에 유리 기판 상에 질소를 포함하는 제3 유전체층;을 포함하고,
상기 제1 IR 반사층 및 제2 IR 반사층 각각은 NbZr, NbZrNx, NiCr, NiCrNx, NiCrMo, NiCrMoNx, NbCr, NbCrNx, Nb 및 NbNx 중 하나 이상을 포함하고;
상기 코팅된 물품은 유리측 가시광선 반사율이 15% 이하이고,
상기 코팅된 물품은 유리측/외부 a* 색상 값이 -2.0 내지 +16.0, 유리측/외부 b* 색상 값이 0 내지 +20인 유리측/외부 반사 브론즈 착색을 가지며, 또한 (i) 모놀리식으로 측정되는 경우, SF 값이 0.31 이하, SHGC 값이 0.36 이하이고, 및/또는 (ii) 2개의 유리 기판을 갖는 절연 유리(IG) 윈도우 유닛의 경우, SF 값이 0.22 이하, SHGC 값이 0.25 이하인 것인, 코팅된 물품.

상기 제1 유전체층, 제2 유전체층 및 제3 유전체층 각각은 실리콘 나이트라이드를 포함하는 것인, 코팅된 물품.

상기 코팅된 물품은 유리측/외부 b* 값이 +2.0 내지 +15.0인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제33항 내지 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 물품은 유리측/외부 b* 값이 +4.0 내지 +12.0인 것인, 코팅된 물품.
- 제33항 내지 제36항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
