도 2 내지 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다양한 주행모드를 도시한 것이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 연료전지 차량시스템의 제어방법의 순서도를 도시한 것이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 연료전지와 제2모터의 고장시 구동모드를 도시한 것이다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 고전압배터리와 제1모터의 고장시 구동모드를 도시한 것이다.
도 10은 종래의 연료전지 차량시스템과 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 연료전지 차량시스템을 비교한 것이다.

Claims (17)
- 연료전지;
제1버스단을 통해 연료전지와 연결되어 연료전지가 공급하는 전력에 의해 구동되고, 차량의 구동륜에 동력을 제공하는 제1모터;
충전 또는 방전을 통해 전력을 저장하거나 공급하는 고전압배터리; 및
제2버스단을 통해 고전압배터리와 연결되어 고전압배터리가 공급하는 전력에 의해 구동되고, 차량의 구동륜에 동력을 제공하는 제2모터;를 포함하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
제1모터는 차량의 구동륜 중 일부에 동력을 제공하고, 제2모터는 차량의 구동륜 중 나머지 일부에 동력을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
제1버스단과 고전압배터리 사이에 위치된 양방향 DC/DC컨버터; 및
양방향 DC/DC컨버터를 제어하여 제1버스단과 고전압배터리 사이의 전력 전달을 제어하는 제어부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
연료전지와 제1모터 사이에 위치하고, 제1버스단의 전력을 인버팅하여 제1모터에 공급하는 제1인버터; 및
고전압배터리와 제2모터 사이에 위치하고, 제2버스단의 전력을 인버팅하여 제2모터에 공급하는 제2인버터;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
제1인버터와 제2인버터 사이에 직결되어 제1인버터의 전력을 제2인버터로 전달하는 제1릴레이;를 더 포함하고,
제어부는 제1릴레이의 제1스위치를 제어하여 제1인버터에서 제2인버터로 전력을 전달하거나 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
양방향 DC/DC컨버터에서 고전압배터리를 바이패스하여 제2인버터로 직접 전력을 전달하는 제2릴레이;를 더 포함하고,
제어부는 제2릴레이의 제2스위치를 제어하여 양방향 DC/DC컨버터에서 제2인버터로 전력을 전달하거나 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
제어부는 연료전지 차량의 주행상태를 기반으로 고전압배터리의 전력만으로 구동하는 EV모드, 연료전지의 전력만으로 구동하는 FC Only 모드 및 고전압배터리의 전력과 연료전지의 전력을 모두 이용하여 구동하는 고출력모드 중 어느 하나의 구동모드로 연료전지 차량의 구동륜을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
제어부는 연료전지 차량의 주행상태를 기반으로 제1버스단의 전력을 고전압배터리로 전달하거나, 고전압배터리의 전력을 제1버스단으로 전달하도록 양방향 DC/DC컨버터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
제어부는 연료전지 시동시, 고전압배터리의 전력으로 제1버스단에 연결된 보기류 장치를 구동하도록 양방향 DC/DC컨버터를 제어하여 고전압배터리의 전력을 제1버스단으로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
제어부는 회생제동시, 제1모터에서 회생된 에너지가 고전압배터리로 공급되도록 양방향 DC/DC컨버터를 제어하여 제1버스단의 전력을 고전압배터리로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
제어부는 연료전지 가동시, 연료전지가 공급하는 전력으로 고전압배터리를 충전하도록 양방향 DC/DC컨버터를 제어하여 제1버스단의 전력을 고전압배터리로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템. - 청구항 1의 연료전지 차량시스템을 제어하는 방법으로서,
연료전지 차량의 주행상태를 기반으로 고전압배터리의 전력만으로 구동하는 EV모드, 연료전지의 전력만으로 구동하는 FC Only 모드 및 고전압배터리의 전력과 연료전지의 전력을 모두 이용하여 구동하는 고출력모드 중 어느 하나의 구동모드로 연료전지 차량의 구동륜을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템의 제어방법. - 청구항 3의 연료전지 차량시스템을 제어하는 방법으로서,
연료전지 차량시스템의 고장 상태를 진단하는 단계; 및
진단된 고장 상태를 기반으로 선택된 구동모드로 연료전지 차량의 구동륜을 구동하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템의 제어방법. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
고장을 진단하는 단계에서 연료전지가 고장난 것으로 진단된 경우, 연료전지 차량의 구동륜을 구동하는 단계는 고전압배터리의 전력으로 제1모터 또는 제2모터를 구동하는 구동모드로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템의 제어방법. - 청구항 14에 있어서,
고장을 진단하는 단계에서 제2모터도 고장난 것으로 진단된 경우, 연료전지 차량의 구동륜을 구동하는 단계는 양방향 DC/DC컨버터를 제어하여 고전압배터리의 전력을 제1버스단으로 공급함으로써 제1모터를 구동하는 구동모드로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 차량시스템의 제어방법. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
