Description

농약 제형용 애쥬번트
본 발명은 45% w/w 이하의 농도의 농약; 60% w/w 이하의 농도에서 35℃ 내지 55℃의 운점(cloud point)을 갖는 비-이온성 계면활성제; 1% 내지 40% w/w 농도의 에톡실화 또는 프로폭실화 소르비탄 에스테르; 1% 내지 40% w/w 농도의 알킬 폴리글루코시드, 프로필렌 글리콜, 글리세롤, 글리콜 에테르 또는 이들 화합물 중 2개 이상; 및 적어도 1% w/w 농도의 물을 포함하는 수성 제형에 관한 것이다. 상기 제형은 저온 및 고온 안정성을 제공한다.

애쥬번트는 농약 제형에 첨가되어 제품의 생물학적 성능을 향상시킨다. 많은 유형의 애쥬번트가 있으나, 본 발명에 따른 것은 비이온성 계면활성제이다. 비이온성 계면활성제는 헤드(head) 및 테일(tail) 구조를 함유하며, 헤드는 통상적으로 친수성으로 언급된다. 전형적으로, 헤드는 에톡실화될 것이나, 이는 또한 프로폭실레이트 및 부톡실레이트 기로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 모이어티를 함유할 수 있다. 따라서, 소수성 테일과 친수성 헤드의 요소의 조합이 많은 가능한 구조를 발생시키므로 애쥬번트의 구조는 복잡할 수 있다.

하기의 초기 실시예는 물에서의 대표적 비-이온성 계면활성제(Plurafac® LF221)의 성공적인 제형화의 문제를 예시하는 반면, 이후의 실시예는 상기 문제를 극복하는 본 발명을 예시한다.
Plurafac® LF 221은 C13 내지 C15 알콜의 부틸렌 옥사이드/에틸렌 옥사이드 공중합체이다.
실시예 1
표 1은 물에 애쥬번트 Plurafac® LF 221을 함유하는 일련의 제형을 제시한다. 애쥬번트를 제시된 농도로 물에 첨가하고, -10℃, 20℃ 및 50℃에서 보관하였다. 24시간 후에 투명한 등방성 용액인 것으로 밝혀진 샘플을 통과로 분류한 반면, 모든 다른 결과를 실패로 분류하였다. 표에서 관찰될 수 있는 바와 같이, 상기 애쥬번트를 상기 범위의 온도 및 농도 내에서 물에서 자유롭게 사용하는 것이 가능하지 않았다.

Claims (13)

  1. (i) 45% w/w 이하의 농도의 농약;
    (ii) 35℃ 내지 55℃의 운점을 갖고, 60% w/w 이하의 농도의 성분 (iii) 또는 (iv)가 아닌 비-이온성 계면활성제;
    (iii) 1% 내지 40% w/w 농도의 에톡실화 또는 프로폭실화 소르비탄 에스테르;
    (iv) 1% 내지 40% w/w 농도의 알킬 폴리글루코시드, 프로필렌 글리콜, 글리세롤, 글리콜 에테르 또는 이들 화합물 중 2개 이상; 및
    (v) 적어도 1% w/w 농도의 물을 포함하는,
    제형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 농약 (i)이 0.1 내지 25% w/w의 농도로 존재하는 제형.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 농약 (i)이 1 내지 20% w/w 농도로 용액 내에 존재하는 제형.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 농약 (i)이 이마자목스인 제형.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비-이온성 계면활성제가 40℃ 내지 50℃의 운점을 갖는 제형.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비-이온성 계면활성제가 10 내지 90% w/w의 농도에서 5000 mPas 미만의 23℃의 물에서의 점도를 갖는 것인 제형.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에톡실화 또는 프로폭실화 소르비탄 에스테르 (iii)의 농도가 5 내지 30% w/w인 제형.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에톡실화 또는 프로폭실화 소르비탄 에스테르 (iii)의 농도가 8 내지 20% w/w인 제형.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (iii)이 라우르산, 팔미트산, 스테아르산 또는 올레산의 첨가 전에 소르비탄의 에톡실화에 의해 형성된 폴리소르베이트-유형 비이온성 계면활성제인 제형.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (iii)이 라우르산의 첨가 전에 소르비탄의 에톡실화에 의해 형성된 폴리소르베이트-유형 비이온성 계면활성제인 제형.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (iv)의 농도가 5 내지 30% w/w인 제형.
