Claims (6)
- 2층 이상의 금속층으로 이루어지는 압연 접합체로서,
최표층(最表層)의 두께의 표준편차(σ)와, 상기 압연 접합체의 두께(T)의 비(σ/T)가 0~4.0%이고, 또한 상기 두께(T)가 2mm 이내이며, 상기 두께(T)의 편차가 4.0% 이내인, 상기 압연 접합체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
최표층의 두께의 표준편차(σ)가 4.0μm 미만인, 압연 접합체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
2층 이상의 금속층이, 각각 독립하여 Al, Cu, Mg, Fe 및 Ti로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 금속 또는 그 합금인, 압연 접합체. - 청구항 1에 기재된 압연 접합체의 제조 방법으로서,
2층 이상의 금속층 중, 가장 경질인 금속층의 접합 전후에 있어서의 비커스 경도(JIS Z 2244, 하중 50gf)의 변화량이 80 이내가 되도록 상기 2층 이상의 금속층을 접합하는 공정을 포함하고,
접합 전의 상기 2층 이상의 금속층의 총두께(T0)에 대한 압하량(ΔT)의 비(ΔT/T0)가 1.0 미만인, 상기 제조 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
2층 이상의 금속층을 접합하는 공정이, 접합하는 금속층의 표면을 스퍼터 에칭하고, 상기 스퍼터 에칭한 표면끼리를 압접함으로써 행해지는, 압연 접합체의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 압연 접합체로 이루어지는 성형품.
