Claims (4)
- 중질(重質) 탄화 수소 가스인 원료 가스를 탈황 처리하는 탈황부,
상기 탈황부로부터 공급되는 탈황 원료 가스를 수증기로 개질(改質) 처리하여, 메탄을 주성분으로서 함유하는 연료 가스로 만드는 개질부,
상기 개질부로부터의 상기 연료 가스의 일부를 상기 탈황부로 되돌리는 연료 가스 리턴 로(路), 및
상기 개질부로부터의 상기 연료 가스 중의 수분을 제거하는 수분 제거부가 설치된 연료 가스 제조 장치의 운전 방법으로서,
상기 원료 가스의 상기 탈황부로의 공급을 정지하여 운전을 정지할 때, 상기 원료 가스의 상기 탈황부로의 공급 및 상기 연료 가스의 외부로의 배출을 정지한 후에, 순환용 가스로를 통하여 상기 수분 제거부를 통과한 상기 연료 가스의 전량을 상기 탈황부로 되돌리도록 순환 유동시키고, 또한 상기 개질 처리를 행할 때의 운전 온도에 상당하는 온도로 상기 개질부를 가열하기 위하여, 순환 유동시키는 상기 연료 가스를 설정 대기 온도로 가열부에서 가열하는 형태로, 상기 연료 가스를 순환 구동부에 의해 순환 유동시키고, 또한 상기 수증기의 공급량을 상기 연료 가스의 열분해에 의한 탄소의 석출(析出)을 방지할 수 있는 공급량 이상이며 또한 상기 개질 처리를 행할 때의 공급량보다 적게 하는 상태로, 상기 수증기의 공급을 계속하는 대기 운전 처리를 행하는, 연료 가스 제조 장치의 운전 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가열부로서, 상기 개질부로부터 상기 탈황부로 되돌려지는 상기 연료 가스를 가열하는 제1 가열부와, 상기 탈황부로부터 상기 개질부에 공급되는 상기 연료 가스를 가열하는 제2 가열부가 설치되어 있는, 연료 가스 제조 장치의 운전 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 탈황부로부터 배출되는 상기 연료 가스의 온도를 검출하는 제1 온도 센서의 검출 온도에 기초하여, 상기 설정 대기 온도로 유지하도록, 상기 제1 가열부의 가열 작동을 제어하고, 또한 상기 개질부로부터 배출되는 상기 연료 가스의 온도를 검출하는 제2 온도 센서의 검출 온도에 기초하여, 상기 설정 대기 온도로 유지하도록, 상기 제2 가열부의 가열 작동을 제어하는, 연료 가스 제조 장치의 운전 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 개질부로부터의 상기 연료 가스가 선박에 탑재한 가스 소비부에 공급되는, 연료 가스 제조 장치의 운전 방법.
